From moment you walk in the door you are put at east. So professional in every way, nothing is too much bother be it explanations, payments, ease of booking just so reassuring. Now have 100% hearing again, such a relief, thank you all so very much.

As always, all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Steph, who dealt with my wax was very proficient and thorough. As a result, I now have crystal clear hearing again!

I booked an appointment and received a friendly welcome from the receptionist who ensured that I was seen almost immediately. The professional consultant clearly explained the procedure for checking my ear canals and the suction process that would be used if necessary. The whole process was quick and painless and my ears are clear as evidenced by the captured photos and the wax removed. I’m not sure why I had put it off for so long.
