I ordered a private case for my iPhone 14 Pro - I opted for this rather than a screen protector having seen people raving about it on social media.
Within the first few days of the case being on, the screen had cracked. I typically wouldn’t mind, but having paid £22 for the case, I contacted private case about it. All in all, they took a while to respond but they actually sorted the issue really quickly, sent out a replacement and all was good.
Again, I put the new case on a few days ago and the screen already has a chip in the bottom corner and a crack which extends across the whole screen. My phone has only been in my handbag/gym bag and hasn’t been dropped.
Essentially, I found the customer service quite good really, but the cases are NOT durable whatsoever. They do what they say on the tin and the privacy screen is really good, but they last a couple of days if that, and for £22? I’ve purchased some privacy screen protectors on Amazon and have just been using those instead.
Until these products are made to be more durable, I definitely wouldn’t recommend, as they will last a few days if that.

I bought a case for Christmas, it arrived, was flimsy and cracked, contacted customer service. They asked me to send photos and promises to send a new case. Never received… contacted them again and again on several platforms asking for a refund. No reply. I won’t give up! But please save yourself the hassle and don’t order from them.

Advised the company (within 14 days of receiving, per their refund policy) I was unable to use the phone with the case on as my phone does not register basic touches. You have to press extremely hard to register the touches on your phone through the case's thick screen, making basic tasks such as texting or adding a contact practically impossible. The company asked me to asked for further information which I provided shortly thereafter. For the following 3 weeks they have done nothing but ignore. With hindsight, they will not be providing a refund - they are scam artists & I should have checked this website first. I have submitted a complaint with my local consumer protection agency along along with the ICPEN - I encourage all to do the same.

When the case arrived I thought it was great, but it soon showed signs of cracking so I contacted the company who said they couldn’t refund unless I bought another one!
I think the case is flimsy, it also takes a lot battery due to having to use a lot of brightness.
I wouldn’t recommend and feel I’ve lost money!

Case is just god awful. It attracts everything from dirt to fluff and basically anything like that, my whole phone was covered in dirt and fluff, fluff went inside my charging port and blocked it! I asked for refund but they are just ignoring my messages. Do not buy from these people they are con artists. The case is awful and can easily come apart too. I was worried if I dropped my phone it would get damaged. Learnt my lesson well with this 1. DO NOT buy from them

Product arrived in time hence the 1 star. Everything else about the company and product is shocking...Product is of poor quality and the fit, lets say its tight. I was worried I'd either break it or scratch my phone. Reached out for a refund and my emails are either ignored or I get a stock reply asking for pictures. Tried explaining the case wasn't broken but isn't as advertised and I'd like a refund then ignored. Chased and got stock response. Chased on Facebook and got the same, however the account now seems to have disappeared as I reported them to Facebook. Still active on Instagram where I get the same response every time I chase. Have started to leave accurate reviews every time I see an advert. Then get the stock email and we go round the loop! Please please please steer clear of these scam artists.

They sent the wrong case and are now ignoring my emails. The case that has arrived looks cheap and flimsy and took nearly two weeks to arrive. This company is a sham and is best avoided. I'm going to do raise a chargeback claim against them and advise others to do the same.

Edit - my visa debit card dispute case has been successful. It was very simple - fill in a form and attach the email chain with these scum bags and a brief explanation of how they had scammed me. Everybody should do this and they'll soon give up robbing people!

Not worth the buy. Didn’t fit my phone and it’s not durable. The moment my phone hit the ground the case flung open. The spyware is ineffective. You can still see my screen at all angles.

Terrible case. Already cracked from sitting in my pocket with a golf tee (so not protective in the slightest). Flimsy and blurry, an absolute rip off. Don’t buy

The case itself isn’t all that great. Firstly the front screen protector is blurry, so sometimes I have to re read what I’m reading on my phone, also, sensitive touch isn’t sensitive anymore, I have to press again sometimes and typing is quite hard, overall. It’s crap .

Phone case arrived broken. Emailed for a refund to which they replied saying they’d send a replacement. Despite multiply emails now no replacement or refund. Now not replying to any emails - direct or through their website. This company is a scam.

Took 18 days to arrive and I front case is cracked on arrival. Is flimsy and the button fell out as soon as I opened it. It’s in the bin and added to my experience. Wish I’d read reviews first. Please don’t fall for this rubbish

Product came as promised, so 1 star for that. Everything else about it is abysmal. Even though the casing itself is supposed to be simple to take on/off, I was unsure if I was about to break my phone trying to fit it inside.

Looked like the screen was about to fall off anytime while using case and the screen protecter mechanism only worked if I deliberately tried to conceal my activity on phone from others

If you could give minus stars I would! Made the mistake of ordering a case, realised it wasn’t the one I needed, emailed them 3 minutes after placing the order to ask them not to post, got a reply saying they couldn’t stop the order, but I could return it once I had received it. Got the case, then emailed five times (so far) to ask how to send it back. Heard nothing. The case itself feels flimsy and after reading the reviews I wouldn’t risk putting my phone in it. Terrible customer service, do not buy from these scam artists!

Bought 2 cases. Worst quality thing ive EVER USED. Full crack down the screen in 3 days.. didn’t even drop it.. IMPORTANT - Overheated phone dangerously and had to remove it from phone number 2 - literal fire hazard.
nothing like the advert at all.

This case is so good! No more people snooping on my phone and I’ve dropped it several times and it’s protected my phone very well!

Terrible quality and this company sucks. I got the first case which broke as soon as it hit the ground (from no more than a foot high). Customer service was good the first time as they sent me a replacement when I told them what happened but the quality of the case is absolute garbage. The second case broke even easier. The screen cracks every time. Customer service screwed me the second time and only offered me 15% off my next order. They also blocked me on Instagram when I wrote a honest review on their page. This company sucks

Looks quality in adverts but very poor quality, allows dust inside case, just flimsy and very poor.
Interestingly they are not available on Amazon anymore….

Wish I’d looked it up before wasting £24 on this.
- no back camera protection
- comes in an absolutely awful box
- takes 10 days to arrive
- can find cheaper, similar products on Amazon
- deletes bad reviews from instagram

I wouldn’t give any stars if this was an option.
Shocking customer service and product is poor!
I would avoid at all costs!
