Made an order in June. #66041 Still didn't got it. I already sent several emails and they don't even answer. I bought these because I already had bought 2 and I got them. But I spent € 40,00 and they got my money and didn't sent nothing. SCAM!!!

Paid and then had an email saying it was on its way. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't received my case. Ive emailed numerous times and no one has got back to me so no phone case and no chance of a refund.

Ordered a case in June but haven’t received it I’ve tried messaging them but they don’t reply do not waste your money with these.

No order received. No responses after several emails. SCAM. Stay away. Robbed my money. I’m so angry

Made an order on the 3/6/2025. Confirmation email said I would receive another email when the order is dispatched and I’m yet to get one. I’ve emailed the company twice and contacted them on social media but received no reply at all. Stay away, complete waste of time and money I feel like I’ve been robbed. Complete scam.

Payed for order over 2 weeks ago and apart from one email saying thank you for order that is it , I’ve sent numerous emails for confirmation of delivery date or even if it’s been posted and had absolutely nothing back, avoid at all costs as either a scam company or customer service is dog shit , not even worth the one star

Cracked the first time I dropped the phone………

ordered a phone case from private case uk for Christmas didn’t arrive until 3 weeks later, they did offer me 40% on my next order which was kind of them. Once it finally arrived I wanted to return it , so got in contact with them via instagram and twice they have read my message and not got back to me. Awful communication.

The case looks nice and slim but it feels plastic/fragile. There is no MagSafe (should have know) and the privacy level is really poor! Even with 10/15% brightness you can clearly see what is on the screen. So safe yourselves the trouble and spend a bit more money for a good (EU/US) phone case.

Broke just you look at it. Forget it

It looked beautiful for about an hour, until I mildly dropped it. Case and screen instantly broken. I bought a set of 3, like an imbecile 😂😂.
It’s basically the case we all wanted to work, because of its clean, sleek, slim form; but it simply doesn’t have any function beyond decoration. Would 100% not recommend, at the expense of the cost of your phone. Buy a defender and suffer with the bulk. I pity myself and all my fellow review suckers. Sorry guys :/

Good looking, but horrible functionality and finish.

The machining and alignment is horrendous and the screen protector is slightly sticky and causes the screen to be less responsive. The camera cutout is also too big for the regular iPhone 13 (base), I assume this is to fit the 13pro camera module. Also the magnets are crap and the case is held together by 2 tiny flimsy plastic clips

I accidentally dropped my phone (from about 70cm) after a few days of use and my back glass broke, I have had much cheaper cases protect my phone better than this one did, just buy a MagSafe compatible plastic case as it will actually absorb impacts.

Bought the iPhone 15 pro max case after seeing it on Instagram. Looked decent in the photos but WOW, what a RUBBISH case. Within a day the front and back and broken and chipped. It seems to affect my signal and WiFi, both seem fine when out of the case and you put it back on, they both suffer.
Emailed to complain, apparently they can’t help and only offered 15% off. Why would I use that to buy another crap case that’s unusable.

Horrible product ! Touch does not work through the case. Asked for a return or refund, was given a 15% off code for future purchase lol. As if !!!
What a waste of money and complete scam for a product that simply does not function.

Saw it on IG and ordered it. shipping was fast and is honestly the best looking case i've ever used. Feel so nice to hold too. 10/10 ❤️

Not happy one bit with my product,
Firstly when I am typing on screen keypad, I have to click 2/3/4 times to get correct letter from it I am trying to type. Awfully annoying!
Secondly when listening to voice notes or speaker on phone, the screen would turn black because of case not sitting right on phone.
Thirdly, I have to take front screen off the case to type things into keypad without issues pressing it 2/3/4 times to get correct letter.

Very unhappy & would like to speak with someone from customer service.

I’ve only had it 3 days!

Zero stars if I could. Ordered a case, it was broken reached out to the customer service team they said they would said me a new one but I refused as I was flying out and asked for a refund. Sent evidence of it being broken as they requested this and then went radio silent on me. Had to call my bank to get a refund. Avoid this fraudulent company
