Quick and easy

I have used this business for a long time as they are competitively priced and discounted. More recently I needed support from them because I was impacted by the recent hostilities impacting the UAE. I needed to contact Manchester airport to change my arrival time after my flight was cancelled and the only flight was back to London. Priority Booker sorted this for me and re-assured me that it was all sorted and offered ongoing support if I had any issues on collection. In a stressful time their calmness was appreciated. Thank you.

Easy to book with

Outstanding customer service. My plans changed and my refund was processed very quickly and with no fuss.

Absolutely rubbish, booked through the Blue Light Holder scheme, seemingly offering 25% discount for member holders, went through the booking process and paid more than booking through what the Airport was providing without any discounts, when attempting to raise an email query the website said it had detected a spam email and I could go no further. Just another way to extract money from people without any recourse for raising and receiving the right feedback, RUBBISH! Post discussions with Priority Booker, they have provided very positive customer feedback, reduced the parking costs and resolved my issue very satisfactorily, will definitely consider using Priority Booker again for my travel needs, thank you John.

I have used this company sometime now for my parking at London Heathrow. I find them incredibly efficient, very good price and their customer service is brilliant. I made an error in one of my reservations, it took just a quick email and a few minutes to resolve. Very efficient and definitely my choice every time when booking car parking.

I needed to change my arrival times due to a flight time change, so I emailed customer service while they were out of hours. As soon as they reopened the next day, I received a prompt reply. John was incredibly helpful, clearly explained what I needed to do, and even went above and beyond by offering to contact the lounge himself to make sure everything was sorted. I’m really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.

We had a fantastic price from priority booker at Birmingham airport, but our flights had to be cancelled(going via Qatar). I emailed priority booker and they responded and refunded immediately. Made a horrible situation much easier on us. Thank you

It was quick and simple. When parking the car and collecting the car it was a very simple process. Would use them again! Although the car was returned dirty their customer service sorted it straight away and managed to pay for a car wash.

Only took minutes to get the price pay confirmation all done

First time I have used Priority Booker. They were exceptional, no problems on arrival and pick up. They made sure you are aware of ringing them as soon as you had landed and after you collect your suitcases. There was a 20 minute time scale, enough time to get a coffee. Overall very pleased with the service we got and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Priority Booker.
