My son (11) found this company this past Christmas. We are awaiting our second album a few months later! We were so impressed with our first albums quality, that we immediately thought of them when needing a very special birthday gift. Whether you are just into homemade music or making an album of your best night at karaoke, Print Your Vinyl has got you covered! Their customer service is beyond excellent (they emailed me to make sure the photos we sent in were ok since my kids took slightly blurry photos). Their dedication to making sure your vinyl is sent out in a timely matter was also not lost on us. All in all, this is a wonderful small business that deserves our support and we will continue to do exactly that!

Quality control reached out to prevent a mistake that I made. The final product was very nice!

I ordered vinyl records from PrintYourVinyl.com and the initial batch arrived with serious printing defects and very poor quality. I contacted customer service and provided photos documenting the issues. To their credit, they initially acknowledged the problems and agreed that the quality was unacceptable, offering to reprint the records.

However, when the replacement batch arrived, the vinyl sleeves had the exact same printing defects as the original order. It was clear that no meaningful quality control had been done before shipping the replacements. The issues that they had already admitted were mistakes were simply reproduced and sent again.

What was most surprising was that after acknowledging the original problems and agreeing to reprint, they then refused to correct the issue a second time—even though the replacement order had the same defects they had already admitted were unacceptable.

The end result is that I paid for vinyl records with extremely poor print quality and was left with no resolution. While the customer service initially appeared responsive, the lack of quality control and the refusal to properly fix the issue made the overall experience very disappointing. I would not recommend PrintYourVinyl.com based on this experience.

making the vinyl was so easy and the upload was very simple. customer service was best i’ve ever received, allowing me to change a song days after i ordered and letting me know i needed to update the track list when i did make the change. they had immediate responses and were very easy to talk to. would 100% recommend. also has a very fair price for a small business

They were absolutely amazing from the beginning they communicated every time I sent a message of concern of some sort they would answer my question in a very good time frame I did not have to wait long the product itself was fantastic sounded great looks great I'm very impressed

Super simple website to use to order through and the product itself turned out great from the sound quality of the pictures on the album cover and in the centre of the record too, i was expecting a good quality product but this definitely exceeded my expectations.
My partner absolutely loved this gift they were able to make for me for her birthday and I will definitely be ordering from them again

Easy customization process and a perfect final result

Delivery is very quick and easy, from ordering to receipt! Fantastic quality, too! The vinyl is thick and solid as a 180g record should be, not some flimsy vinyl platter I've seen or gotten from other companies. The sound is crystal clear, as it should be! Great quality overall!! I purchased a vinyl and paid extra for a priority shipping option. It’s been over 2 weeks since my purchase and I have not recieved any tracking. I emailed the company twice to ask for an update and they said it would likely be here around mid February which is a month after I purchased. I told them I paid for priority shipping and they basically said that didn’t matter, I’m not exaggerating and now I cannot get a response after asking simply for tracking. I can’t speak on the quality of the item but customer service is absolutely horrible and the ship time is horrendous. If you do order, don’t waste your money on any type of expedited shipping and don’t expect a response from customer service. Would not purchase again regardless of quality

They take money, claim to edit tracks. Send you an email but all replies back to their support bounce. I placed an order in July and now it’s February and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. Would not recommend what so ever. They can spam me with marketing emails still but they can’t seem to get any inbound emails.

Great sound quality and the cover art is also great quality. Thats a huge deal! I will be ordering from them again
