Dear Faiza, I am sorry for the delay in getting the part to you. There was an ETA of 3-5 working days but I appreciate it took longer than that. This was due to Canon not having the stock at the time of your order. I can see that we didn't take your money until the 12th February, when we were sure we could get the part, but at this time we shouId have explained the delay.
