Amazing and Satisfying

Kayla was very helpful , The Live chat help is more than amazing and resolve my issue within minutes :))) I hope once i got my parcel delivered I will shop from here again for sure !

Expired voucher

My voucher had expired unknown to me. When I checked my emails I went to live chat with a Kayla. She kindly extended my voucher and was extremely understanding an pd helpful. Excellent customer service.

I'm happy to choose to rely on Kayla…

I'm happy to choose to rely on Kayla and her manager Kevin looking for a solution to my issue with the voucher.
Super efficient, desire to find the best solution.
Great Job, and thanks to both of you!

Unfortunately, the first 2 attempts to solve the issue were useless: Denis from CS France (phone call) and Max (chat) didn't satisfy my help request.

After receiving a shattered mug I…

After receiving a shattered mug I ordered, I got on the Live Chat with Kayla. She was immidiately responsive and gave me clear instructions what to do (give order number, demonstrate a picture of the broken mug, etcetera). After seeing the picutre, she immediately put in a new order and gave me a new order number. I was really disappointed by receiving the broken item I had waited quite a long time for, but Kayla helped me feeling a bit better about a good ouctome in the end.

Quality of photo's printed on throw…

Quality of photo's printed on throw wasn't great but Kayla from customer service helped with a replacement. Although it's a little hard getting through to customer service unless via chat, Kayla was extremely helpful.
