Not happy with service nor communication
After receiving a completely shattered mug, I had a good experience with customer service. However, I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to get the first (broken) mug and the lack of communication about it. Now, after immediately getting a new order number to replace the broken mug for free, I still have not received a new mug. I haven't heard from Printerpix in over two weeks about it. I am very dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication. I am also annoyed that initially, I wrote a five-star review for customer service which I think is a scam in making people think Printerpix is a good company. The customer service lady was nice, but very pushy for me to write TWO reviews for her. I would NEVER go back to Printerpix for a job.
