Quick service! Excellent communication and great quality

I’ve been using Printed Today for a few years now for pvc boards and banners for our local community groups events. I’d never actually looked at their reviews on here, and if I had it would have probably put me off ordering, but I have never actually had an issue. All prints have turned up on time, and been good quality, at a great price. Customer service is usually very good, though occasionally a little confusing when I’ve dealt with more than one person for the same order.

Would highly recommend. Spoke to someone over WhatsApp and he handled everything. Wasn't sure if my file would be good to use but they checked it and an hour later I was ordering. Paid 60% off what other people were quoting. Delivered as promised, and I was not disappointed. Great service Great price. Great quality will be buying again from them.

Awful company. I paid for a 24hr service, had email conformation that the order was completed and will arrive the next day. It was a last minute order for an event (ordered wednesday to be delivered Thursday for event friday). I paid £22 for delivery which is the 24hr premium.

The prints didn't arrive and no contact from the business. I called them and was told there had been an error at their end, apologised and said I can have it Saturday- the day after the event.

I requested a refund via their complaints as they advised. Explained the situation and requested a refund. Received a quick reply stating as a "good will gesture" they will get the prints to me by wednesday (a week after the 24hr service order) and a discount on my next order(!) Absolutely no use to me and they clearly are ignoring the issue here.

They made an error, they admitted this on email. The order is redundant as the event is tomorrow and not required after this however refuse to refund. Even if I did accept the delivery for a WEEK later - no offer to reimburse any part of the postage I paid. Their week postage is £7.. I paid £22 for the 24hr option.

Awful, just awful. DO NOT USE

This the third time I have used this company but I am still surprised at how good the quality of their banners are.I submitted my requirements received a quote which was very good.I placed my order and was put in touch with their art department. I received a pre print copy, I confirmed it was fine.I received the banner and all this was done within four days.Ordering 5/5.Quality5/5 VFM 5/5. Ease of ordering 5/5. Very good quality at a price you can afford to have a banner made for any occasions ,

Awful business, awful customer service, poor products and yes they migh be cheap but horrendous after sales service

I made an order pretty late for a last minute bake sale for a banner and stickers and they were easy to reach even out of hours on watsapp and was really easy to double check the design few times before finalizing and everything was delivered to my doorsteps within 24 hours in great condition and I am very pleased with the outcome!

The banners were excellent quality, customer service from Harry was fantastic, quick delivery! We are very pleased with the service and products, highly recommend and we will be back to order more!

Quick, Professional and a fair price. Delivery arrived as promised, the quick turnaround was impressive. The printing quality and the actual banner quality was very good.

Would definitely recommend to at least get a quote from them.

Avoid this company completely.

This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a printing company in the UK.

I ordered magnetic business cards for my company, and before printing everything looked professional and sharp in the design preview. What I actually received was completely unacceptable.

The cards were badly cut and uneven.
The print quality is blurry and low resolution.
The text is difficult to read.
The QR code DOES NOT SCAN properly, which makes the business cards practically useless for customers.

I specifically paid for professional-looking business cards, and instead received something that looks cheap and rushed.

Even worse was the customer service. For almost two weeks I kept getting excuses like “we will send soon”, “someone will contact you”, “we will update you shortly”. After finally receiving the order and complaining about the quality, they stopped responding properly.

This is not professional printing service standards.

I attached both:

* the original approved design,
* and the actual product received.

The difference is shocking.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company to anyone who needs serious business printing.

Very disappointing experience.

Poor, arrived with outer package split, damaged. No instructions for install. Part of the graphics already splitting and coming off. Stand is flimsy and slightest movement comes apart in some places. Do not recommend.

They were a pleasure to work with helped me with the layout and took my small changes in stride without upping the price. The finished product (a laminated aluminum printed sign) arrived well packaged and looked good.

We always have excellent service from these guys. It's especially helpful that as a returning customer we can discuss our needs via the chat option rather than fill out numerous order forms.

Ordered for an event with limited time. Printed Today delivered within 2 working days from sign off. great gazebo. We may order more for our events. Quality and team knowledge outstanding from James

Just received our order and can’t praise them enough. Extremely professional excellent quality brilliant value for money and speedy too. No hesitation in recommending.

NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a banner with them 2.5 years ago and as soon as I opened it, it was completely damaged and I could see scratches and a cut really not straight at all. I received the order on the 02/11 and I opened it on the 04/11.
The support answered that their T&Cs state that complains have to be reported within 24 hours.
Which company gives a 24 hours notice to share feedback on print?!!! I’ve never seen this.
And it’s not like I reported it 2 months later, it was literally 48 hours after I received it!
Despite my request to take this issue into account and help me find a solution, I never received any further answers…

Since then, the sales team has been calling me EVERY MONTH to prospect me and try to make me order again. I explained the issue I had before and that I wouldn’t order again unless I receive a refund for this order that I haven’t been able to use. They only offered vouchers which would force me to reorder without being sure of the quality.
I said I would only be open to discuss with them again of a potential new order if they refund me, cash in bank. At every call, they ask me to forward the emails and tell me “I will check internally and we’ll get back to you”. Never heard back and every month, someone calls me again, as if nothing happened, and tries to sell me train products again.
And every time, I explained again the issue I had before and asked for them to deal with this first and every time they tell me they’ll share it with the right team and every time I don’t hear back… until the next prospection call!!!

I’ve never seen such a poor customer service.

At the 10th or 15th call, I asked them to delete my number, but they keep calling back to prospect, and never solve my previous issue.

Awful customer service, don’t go with them.

The single worst company of all time.

Mucked up my wedding signage and refused to refund them. They were covered in marks, water damage, shipped terribly. Took me round and round in circles and to this day ring me at least once a week to try and get me to order again. Always on a different number so you can't block.

DO NOT start business with this company. Nothing but trouble.

Ordered a 5ftx5ft memorial banner late Monday night and really needed for today Thursday 30/04/26. It came this morning and we are delighted with the finished design. It was really easy to do and communication was prompt and helpful. We used a photo the image is crystal clear. Thank you so much guys ten out of ten I will definitely be using you again.
