Rapid turn around, good and immediate ommunication, especially as I had sent the wrong dimension design for the size of banner that I had requested. Very pleased with the outcome of banner and also A1 poster.

Really good service.

We wanted a good luck banner for our daughters trip to the US and the team at printed today, helped us through the whole process. Advised on sizing, providing the proof for us to review and delivering the banner on the planned day.

Print quality and materials are excellent

The chat feature is super helpful as you get to speak to someone right away. We ordered some custom mesh banners. We had proofs sent over and some previews once complete. Arrived when expected and banners were perfect. Lewis and Oliver both very helpful and professional.

Extremely disappointing experience and unfortunately not an isolated incident.

We have now had two separate orders fail to arrive on the agreed delivery date, despite being given repeated assurances that everything was on schedule.

The first order was particularly frustrating. We were contacted and told that the job had been completed and was ready for dispatch, but were informed that the courier had been unable to collect it because there was "no space in the van." We were then given two options: either collect the order ourselves the following day (with a promise that our collection costs would be reimbursed) or wait for it to be dispatched by the company.

As the order was urgent and our customer was waiting, we arranged and paid for our own courier to collect the goods. However, when the courier arrived, they were told that the order was not actually ready for collection. This left us paying for a wasted courier journey and having to explain further delays to our customer.

The information we were being given simply did not match the reality of the situation.

Following this experience, we made it very clear that delivery dates were critical for our future orders. Unfortunately, the same thing has happened again.

For our second order, we specifically contacted the company multiple times throughout the week to confirm that production was on track. We were repeatedly assured by different members of staff that the order would be dispatched on the agreed date. We even called the day before to double-check and were once again told that everything was on schedule.

Despite these confirmations, the order was not dispatched as promised and once again failed to arrive when required by our customer.

The issue is not just the delay itself. Production schedules can sometimes slip. The real problem is being repeatedly assured that everything is on track, only to discover at the last minute that the order has not been shipped. This leaves us unable to manage our customers' expectations and damages our reputation with our own clients.

After two consecutive orders missing their agreed delivery dates, and after receiving inaccurate updates on both occasions, we have unfortunately lost confidence in the reliability of the service.

I don't usually write reviews, but the product and customer service i recieved from PrintedToday was shocking. I ordered a foamex board which was delivered with crumbling corners and peeling edges. When i contacted support, they told me that it was only "minor damage" and that they could offer me a 10% discount on my next order....

Why would I order again when you couldn't even deliver a single product in tact?

After this, I was called 6 times by their marketing account managers to ask whether I would use them again; to which I explained this post time and time again along with asking them to stop calling and remove me from their list.

I have now received an email this morning from Nick Knight | Print & Marketing Advisor, promoting their services and asking if I will buy again...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very helpful when placing an order, with showing you what's available, and how to upload artwork.
Quick to send you a proof and happy to make any changes to that before you say it's good to print.
Keep you informed on progress of your order and when and by who it will be delivered.
Delivered on time as stated when ordered and the print quality is perfect.

Excellent company to work with. They helped with design of some of the banners and then printed all 14 on time and at a very competitive price. Happy to use them again in the future.

Friendly and helpful staff with a quick and efficient service at good pricing.

Top quality service throughout. Slightly confusing order submission but successfully done within five minutes anyway. Clear delivery date given (and delivered early anyway), delighted with the quality of final product, will be my GO TO for any future orders.
EDIT - since my initial order and follow on order, for very small items I stress, I have been peppered with follow on calls from them fishing for new business, suggesting other things I might not have known that they offered. Despite stressing that this was increasingly annoying, they have continued. I'm therefore marking the overall experience down from five stars to three. I have stressed that they stop calling me. If they continue to do so, I will further mark the rating down. If I had any more work to be printed, I will have second thoughts about using these people again.

I placed my order with them last year and was extremely happy with the quality of my t-shirt prints and left glowing review. Unfortunately since then I've been bombarded with countless of phonecalls and follow up emails asking for new orders, sharing new offers and asking for my review. I have politely told them twice to refrain from contacting me soliciting orders or reviews and was promised my number and email address will be removed from their database. Unfortunately today I've been harassed once again.

Excellent t-shirt prints, wonderful quality but very poor customer service, thinking it's acceptable to constantly harass customers for more orders. I will not be ordering again.

Used Printed Today for a double sided banner. Good value and speed of delivery on the date requested in spite of it being over Bank Holiday. Quality was good and able to use for two events.

Absolutely shocking service. Gazebos advertised as coming with x4 ground pegs, but when we mentioned these were missing they claimed they are not included. I have screen shot multiple sections of their website were they are listed as included and they are still denying. I was happy to collect the order to ensure we had it, but was ensured if I paid additional for delivery the items would come in time but half didn't, and they are not taking responsibility.

Great communication. Kept me informed with progress, advised me when sizes were wrong. Products were good quality and delivered quickly.

Whilst the general print work was good, i'm receiving constant spam calls after politely asking them to stop on multiple occasions. For this reason i wont use them again.

The banner I ordered is great.
I liked the art approval service and that the company kept coming back to me because they weren't happy with the output and wanted the best product for me. Communication was a bit clunky, but we got there in the end and I am delighted with the final outcome.

Top Tip - use the webchat - it has a human on the end!

I had a very disappointing experience with this printer.

I placed an order for prints that were needed for an event, and was then told it would be delayed by a day, despite the timing already being tight. Shortly after, I received a package that was intended for someone else entirely.

Because this happened over a bank holiday, I had no choice but to travel to another town to arrange an emergency reprint on a weekend and pay for express service to avoid further disruption. I have requested a refund, but they have insisted on sending the original prints, even though they are unusable because they were designed specifically for the event.

At this point, it feels like they expect me to bear the financial burden for a mistake that was entirely theirs. Their handling of this order has been unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their services.

Ordered a banner with stands and paid for express delivery. They then lied about it being ready, lied about it being sent and then when the day of our ecent arrived, it still had not been printed even though we were assured it had been sent as a priority. Had to go to their partners in London to pick up in person, only to be verbally abused by those printers, then given a poorly printed banner and no stands.
Refuse to give refund for the banner and any compensation for the disgraceful service, uber cost across London, banner being late for the event and the verbal abuse.
Absolutely disgusting company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Only use this company if you want to be bombarded with emails and phone calls for ever more.
They ignore unsubscribe requests.
They ignore polite verbal requests to stop ringing and emailing.
They phone on different numbers so you can't block them or record it as spam.
They get other people in their organisation to email you.
They won't respond to a Subject access Request (against the law and escalated to the ICO).

They are renowned for doing this.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER AS THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE.
