I didn't like the finished product
I didn't like the finished product. I thought it would have webbing (which I paid extra for) that would snug the cover tight. Unfortunately the webbing you provided is nothing like I expected.

Went into print production without proof approval
I needed a tension banner pretty quickly, which they confirmed that they could do. However, the never downloaded the native files sent through WeTransfer to ensure that the artwork would be printed at high res. They resent to me my PDFs that I had originally sent to them for me to approve as their proofs. WHAT? And then when I had questions and didn't respond within the few hours, they went ahead and printed it as is justifying it because of the arrival deadline. Appreciated but proofs needs to be reviewed and approved for a reason and high quality printing is expected. I was in a bind and hope that the banner doesn't look absolutely terrible. They should have communicated all of the subdeadlines to me, sent their own proofs/used high res artwork and not moved ahead with printing until they heard from me.

Your order was placed on a very tight deadline, and we understood that the delivery date was extremely important. The artwork files were provided by your design team, and when we had questions regarding the proof, we followed up multiple times over two days. Because we did not receive a response in time and did not want you to miss your critical deadline, we proceeded with production using the supplied artwork.
The issue brought to our attention involved two missing blank spaces in the text. Once this was raised, we offered a full refund as a goodwill gesture, which was declined since the concern was limited to those spacing issues.
That said, we understand that proof approval is an important part of the printing process, and we regret that the communication around timing and approval expectations did not feel clear enough. We always aim to be transparent and to do our best for our customers, especially when working under urgent deadlines.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we communicate sub-deadlines, proof approvals, and production timelines in rush-order situations.
