Disappointed with our experience with PrintDrill. After several revisions to our banner design, we felt chastised for requesting changes and assistance. I requested a phone call more than once to resolve the issues, but never received one. As the customer, we expected respectful communication and a collaborative design process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I had a wonderful experience with PrintDrill! I ordered a custom banner and posters for my business, Casa Tesoria, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful.
The print quality is excellent, the colors are beautiful and vibrant, and both the banner and posters look very professional. I was especially impressed with how well my designs came to life in the finished products.
Their customer service was also wonderful. They kept me updated on my orders and shipping and were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

Pleasantly surprised at using Printdrill…
Pleasantly surprised at using Printdrill for the first time. Site was simple and easy to use. Communication was quick, price ws good. But what really surprised me is they made a promise on how long it would take to produce and deliver - totally responsible time frame, but to my delight it arrived much earlier than expected. It looks great. I will definitily order again and already told 2 people to try them out.
