Have only been dealing with Primo for a few months but have found them to be a very reliable company. Claire always goes the extra mile looking for drinks that are suitable for you and your venue rather than just interested in getting a sale. She is always professional and has vast product knowledge. Would definately recommend.

Great service and great people to deal with
Having worked with Claire in the past for a number of years, as soon as I heard she had joined Primo, I instantly became a customer. Dedication to customers, a professional yet friendly approach to both sales and customer service, and an obvious genuine care about the products and business, will keep me as a customer. I have already recommended others to Primo based on product range and extremely fast and flexible delivery times.
In the rare occasions that there’s been issues, they’ve been dealt with swiftly and with professionalism.

Absolutely top notch company. Reliable in every way and every delivery always on time. Primo are one of the best wholesalers around. Claire my sales rep who I deal with is helpful to make sure that all new products are available and current products are always in stock.

Great introductory meeting with Claire from Primo
Had a lovely introductory meeting with Claire last week, she’s reviewed all our prices with Primo and is very knowledgable about all products and understands our business really well. Thank you Claire! We are also considering changing our draught cider to another brand in the next month as a result of Claire’s help.
