Amazing experience with Francesco
Amazing experience with Francesco - I had met with a few jewellers when looking for an engagement ring and this was by far the best customer service I had received. He was patient, knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect ring. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience and well worth the visit. I had already put down a deposit on an engagement ring from a well known high street jeweller but after initially cancelling my appointment with Francesco he assured me he would be able to beat them on quality and price. I'm so glad I kept my appointment as he found exactly what I was looking for and managed to find me a larger, better quality diamond for less than a smaller diamond from the high street jeweller. He was knowledgeable, honest and had the ring ready to go in less than two weeks!
Even if you have other appointments I'd strongly suggest visiting Primo Diamonds, well worth the visit. Thanks again!

I went with Francesco, for my engagement rings and it came out perfect, girlfriend now fiancée was blown away.

A great experience from start to finish. Francesco was so helpful and there was no pressure to purchase. He was able to create exactly what I thought my partner wanted and she is over the moon with it. There was no problem when it needed to be resized. So many people have complimented us on the ring.
