The product was delivered extremely prompt. Didn’t have to wait weeks. I had to contact Customer Service. They responded so prompt and answered my concerns. All companies should be like this with customer service.

I have used Prime products for some time especially the mascara. As an older lady I love the mulberry shade and brown. I also have navy and emerald. I use the primer before apply mascara and my lashes look amazing, Stays on and washed off with my face cleaners. I am currently using the color changing foundation and the eye brightener. I have several lash liners and shadows. I have been extremely pleased with all these products.

The products themselves do not work as advertised. I tried three different colored eyeliners and none of them glided on smoothly. They were just like inexpensive, drugstore items. The make up emphasized my lines and pores. Worst of all is the customer service! When I wanted to begin the return process, they offered to send me more products for the same amount and I could keep the ones I wasn’t going to use. When I refused, I simply never heard back again. it’s been almost a week so far. Great advertising and pictures but do not use this company unless you want to be very frustrated and spend a great amount of time trying, so far unsuccessfully, to get the refund.

It makes my lashes look better and it stays on a long time.

I have been using Prime Prometics for a couple of years and have had loved the products. The eyeliner goes on with ease and stays on. The mascara lengthens and thickens the lashes. I will continue buying there products.

I have seen these products on my social media feeds and decided to purchase some products. I loved the eyeliners which I bought in two colors Mulberry and Emerald. I bought the mascara in Emerald and while it does a fantastic job for me personally, it was difficult to get off and I wound up irritating my eye by rubbing my eyelashes too hard with a cotton round with micellar water. The mascara is really good but too hard for me to get off for my sensitive eyes, but I do highly recommend their products

I first tried the color-changing foundation and didn’t love it, but Prime Prometics’ customer service was amazing—they quickly sent me the Prime Skin CC & Cream instead. I absolutely love it! It goes on smoothly, blends perfectly, and stays put all day without feeling heavy.

The mascara is another favorite—it doesn’t clump or run, even after a long day. I’ve also been using their shampoo and conditioner, and I’m already starting to notice new hair growth.

Overall, I’m really impressed with both the quality of the products and the company’s dedication to their customers. Highly recommend!

I love my new mascara! I have struggled with sore, dry eyes for years, and was never game to wear any brand of mascara. My sister made me try her Prime Prometics one as she loves hers and her eyelashes looked great. So how could I resist! It was wonderful, so I ordered one! I now feel as though I have eyelashes again, without the soreness. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service I have received. I asked a question and received instant help. I have been a customer of Prine Prometics for many years, originally purchasing a brown mascara as they were hard to find, and have never looked back. I find that it stays in place, doesn’t flake and looks as good at the end of the day as it did at the start. I recommended the mascara to my colleague last week. She has struggled to find a mascara that didn’t leave her with “panda eyes”, I let her borrow mine and she has now placed an order. She was amazed. I also highly recommend their eyeliners

I bought several Prime cosmetics. The color changing foundation is great! I've tried many name brands and this is the best! I love how it wears. The mascara and eyeliner are very good too. I didn't care for the shade of mascara I purchased but the formula was very nice. I'll order black next time. My ONE star comes from the 5 in one color wands and dealing w customerservice. The website says they have a money back guarantee but if you contact them its only if you contact them in 30 days from your purchase not when you received the product. Don't waste your time or money w this company.

When a product didn’t work for me, I contacted customer service for assistance with a refund. Within minutes, I received an email reply from an agent who offered to help me find an alternative product or to process my refund. I opted for the refund and minutes later I was notified that my refund had been processed. Excellent customer service!

I am enjoying using the foundation, mascara and especially the Stardust Eye Brightener. The company has been very good to work with. I ordered a second eye brightener and even though I received word that it had been delivered, I never received it. The company determined that it somehow got lost in the mail. After reviewing my case, I was just informed that they are sending me my order for a second time with no additional cost to me. I highly recommend Prime Prometics, both for their products and their customer service.

I am new to Prime Prometics. I am using the foundation and mascara, but plan to order other products. I have always had problems with matching my skin tone and foundation. The foundation and mascara is wonderful! People have commented on how smooth my skin looks. The mascara never cakes and is so easy to apply. I will be a lifetime customer.

I tried prime, lash mascara, eyeliner, and the eyeshadows because I felt like I was starting to look older. My lashes weren't there anymore and I had two weddings to go to back to back so I ordered it was a little expensive but I tried it. My lashes looked fantastic for the weddings. My makeup looked wonderful. I didn't feel like an older woman just more like myself when I was younger that was a year ago. I won't give up my prime cosmetics. I bought the foundation, I bought the cover-up stick. They will both work wonderfully. I even bought two different color mascara so that I had options on the days I felt Differently but again I will not give up my prime cosmetics.

I love the mascara, eyeliner and eye shadow. They are wonderful for mature women. The mascara thickens lashes, the eye liner goes on smoothly as does the eye shadow.

I always used high quality sensitive eyes mascara. But even those didn’t separate and lengthen my lashes like Prime lash does. I’m also very happy with how easy it is to remove. No rubbing needed to remove the mascara so my lashes already look so much healthier.
And the colour Mulberry is so fiattering for blue/green eyes.
I’m very happy and can thoroughly recommend it and wil definitely buy again!

Over the last few weeks, I have purchased eyeliner pencils, eyeshadow fat pencils, foundation and mascara. Before Prime Prometics, I was using MAC eyeshadow and other department/Sephora store brands. I love everything I have purchased. It’s quick and easy to apply and I think it looks great. The foundation is kinda shocking how it changes color. The depth of coverage isn’t as strong as what I was using but I think if I layer more on it will.
However the best part is that I don’t get raccoon eyes. It’s been warm, and normally in this weather, after a long day, when I look in the mirror what is reflected is black smudges under my eyes. I am not getting that and I’m very pleased about that!
I have used their customer service and they are nice and helpful.
I found this brand on FB and am normally pretty skeptical- will google the brand to be sure it’s not a scam - this is legit.

This is the best mascara I’ve ever tried. I have tried and wasted so much money on other mascaras. Once I tried prime I will never use another. Love it!!!

I hadn’t used mascara for years as it smudged or made my eyes itchy and watery. I was drawn to this as it’s made for the older skin. I thought it was worth a try and it really was. No discomfort, lengthened lashes beautifully and thanks to the accompanying video showing removal, really easy and convenient to remove. No smudges. Really pleased.

I had always thought that using eye pencils might be too heavy for me but, of course ,its quite the reverse! My eyes are very set back now but all the eye makeup has completely renewed my confidence & I love the fact that any of the colours enhance my eyes - very flattering! The mascara is also excellent, and does not seem to smudge on to my heavy eyelids either!
