Okay, to start off, I thought it would be a bit difficult to hire a VA who needed training. But the team at PrimeEdgeVA took care of all of that for me, which was a huge help. The VA has honestly been sending a solid amount of profitable leads with strong monthly sales, But In the beginning, some of the leads were a bit mid tbh, but they followed up to check on the training and performance, then gave him a bit more training until he was much sharper. All around recommended.
