I’ve had a smooth experience with Bullwaves Prime so far, on a 100K challenge (Account : #951775)

The dashboard is super clear and responsive, making it easy to track my progress and manage my trades. The rules – especially regarding consistency and lot sizing – are well-defined and encourage traders to focus on long-term consistency rather than just short-term performance, which is a great approach for developing strong trading habits.

I hope the required number of trading days will be reduced in the future. That said, Bull waves Prime is without a doubt a 5-star prop firm. Highly recommended for serious traders looking for a structured and fair environment.

My experience with the support was great and my trading experience was without any trouble. No complains!

Profits Taken Without Justification

I strongly advise others to stay away from Bull Waves. They are a fraudulent company that confiscated my profits without giving any valid reason.

They accused me of "market abuse," but provided absolutely no evidence to support the claim. The accusations were vague and unfounded.

Even worse, they cited violations that aren't even mentioned in their own Terms and Conditions. This type of behavior is deceptive and highly unprofessional.

Be extremely cautious before dealing with them.

Money was deposited via WireTransfer on June 30th, but did not show up in the account for three weeks.
While trying to find out, what was happening, I was asking support and opened tickets to get this checked. However, the only answer I received was: The money is not there. No further replies, no excuses, just asking for patience. Also I received no status updates, if actually anything was done to support me. From a customer experience point of view, I felt left alone. On the other hand I constantly received emails, that I should fund my account, which I found very irritating.
Finally, on July 25th and after almost 4 weeks, I received an information, that the money was credited to the account, without further explanation.
Why took it that long? The only explanation was: technical issues and I should've rather used a credit card or debit card.
As this issue was solved, I am happy to update my review from 1 star to 3 stars, on request from Bullwaves.
Why 3 stars? During the whole deposit process I did not feel like a valued customer and that the company actually does care about me or wanted to support me.

Hello, I recently participated in the Bullwaves Prime Challenge. The experience was very positive. The process was clear from the start, and the team always responded promptly and professionally to my questions.
The challenge itself is demanding—as it should be—but fair. I successfully completed the 100K challenge Id:947213and I’m very satisfied with how everything was handled. I’ve already received the credentials for the second phase.
I highly recommend Bullwaves to anyone looking for a serious opportunity to prove their trading skills. Keep up the great work!

Scam company withdrew my money and they sent a tiny portion to my bank account and said the rest was going to my credit card. It’s been a month now and I just keep getting told a ticket has been opened and waiting for the team to get back to me.

High trading commisions on prop accounts (xauusd, btcusd and so on), if you need a prop acct, get an alternative that has low commisions. Bullwaves is a no no.

My experience with bullwaves is tragic.

They scam you on everymove.
I proved every aacusation that i should get a pay out and every answer i get is a new reason to not pay out.

They will never pay you out i tried already 2 times. I emailed with them for 2 months straight. Last answer was that i used a expertadvisor. I never used one all my trades were taken on my phone, i have screenshots of this too!

So dont work with them do not do any affliate with them too! People who want you to use this broker are just scammers as bullwaves is.

Honestly thought the payment would clear quicker, been a bit slower than I expected.
Tried reaching out, but response times could be better.
I guess some places just move different.
I have stuck with 5th & heaven lately and it's been a good bet.

Had to contact customer support to query a trading bonus and a deposit.
Peter was excellent on both occasions.

Absolute awful experience. Lost £2000.00 as it stands with them. Withdrew the money and have have no payment sent to my bank. Requested a wire transfer and it’s now been three weeks. Every time I try to contact them the end the chat. There is no number to phone! Would avoid this company at all costs!

I received quick and precise help from Pearl who solved my issue within 5 minutes. No need to panic next time, I just need to learn to contact their support first.

The site is awsome and if you ever need help from the chat Pearl is amazing. Fast response, and very friendly.

I was looking for a prop account for months until a close friend suggested me to use Bull Waves, been onto the challenge for some time then I was able to become profitable and get a payout, I suggest using it as they pay and the spread is not high compared to others.
