Do not purchase, not as described, misleading

Not impressed with the perfume oils, they don't last very long, the smell goes after around 30 mins and multiple rolls have to be put on. Isn’t long lasting as it states on the description. Not as described, misleading. Emailed them, initial reply was given but the issue wasn’t resolved. Emailed multiple times asking for a partial refund and for the issues to be resolved but no reply was given. Very disappointed, this is unprofessional and very bad customer service. Don’t purchase, avoid don’t let them the good reviews fool you. Waste of money.

We are sorry to hear this, we can provide you with a guideline of body spots to apply them so they last longer. Typically, people do apply to hot spots which can make them evaporate very quickly, but we do suggest applying to colder spots too.

As we have discussed on emails and as stated on our website before ordering, we do not accept refunds for the product smell being disliked. We operate with hygiene issues in mind and cannot re-send out oils which people have rolled on their skin.

We operate with the same standards other beauty retailers do and we do also suggest ordering one product in your first order to get a feel for the products.

We have multiple good reviews for the reason that our products seem to work with the majority of our customers, we cannot promise everyone will like our scents.

We hope you appreciated our rapid fulfilment and delivery and delivering your products faster than most other perfume retailers.

You are always welcome to try other scents.

Fantastic product.

I have bought a few of the tom ford perfume oils for myself and husband and we absolutely love them. Ordered 2 beginning of May and when they arrived 1 had leaked out in the envelope. Emailed customer service who responded within the hour. Will definitely continue to use these oils and company. A+++++++
