The fragrance ie great . It really meet my expectations. All most everybody ask what kind of perfume are you wearing, it smells amazing .

Orders not arriving
2 different orders, one before Christmas the other after. Its Feb 14th and neither have turned up with no reply to emails sent requesting updates and info. My money was taken for both orders.

Disappointed
After nearly 10 days I still hadn’t received my order so I emailed asking for tracking information and I was provided with the tracking number, which was helpful at the time. A week later I still hadn’t received my order and the tracking information wasn't updating - I emailed suggesting Royal Mail lost it and I would like a refund and I received no response, I sent the email again and still no response. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal as I was able to get my money back through them.

We are so sorry to hear you didn't receive your order. We are happy to ship another one - it is always best to directly contact us so that we can resolve things rapidly. There have been a lot of Royal Mail strikes as the news has reported, which did have an impact on some deliveries.
You will receive your money back from Paypal but we are happy to send another one out to you, which means it will have cost us 3x more to fulfill your order for reasons outside of our control.
We try our best as a small family business to satisfy all customers.

I have ordered from prime scents a few times and it’s only a few times because their products last so long. Their customer service is great, they’re so nice, always delivered quickly, all smells amazing! Could not fault them. They’re great gifts to give too, even my grandma loves their scents!

Scents are amazing, poor customer service
Scents are amazing, however they missed one off my order. I’ve sent numerous emails requesting for the missing scent to be posted but haven’t had a response. The scents make great gifts and I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will not be placing another order.
