My first delivery has been Most disappointing! Even though I left explicit instructions for delivery, including address, gate code ect...My order has been rescheduled. I paid for expedited delivery and am therefore requesting a full refund for my delivery charges. Otherwise, I will Not be placing any additional orders with Prilla for future products!!
