There is absolutely nothing to thank you for. Your response is not serious either, because what you are claiming is false. It was possible to add my wife as an additional driver, but you wanted to charge us an extra fee of approximately €15 per day, even though she did have a credit card. Furthermore, I obtained a credit card at that very moment through my bank’s app, and my colleague, who had also booked another car, had two credit cards.
Moreover, you unilaterally cancelled the agreed contract without us signing any cancellation document or receiving any formal notification. Your own employee told us that all the cars had already been rented out and that there was no vehicle available to give us.
We returned to your office after waiting for more than an hour because there was nobody there. Eventually, we had to call the police. In front of the police, your employee even falsely claimed that we had tried to assault him, along with making other completely false accusations, despite the fact that everything that happened was recorded.
These facts will be formally reported to the Consumer Protection Office, as advised by the police, particularly because the company did not have an official complaints form available, despite our explicit request to submit a formal complaint.
I strongly advise everyone against renting a car from this company. I consider what happened to be a scam and a demonstration of a complete lack of ethics and professionalism. We repeatedly told them that what they were doing was unacceptable and that we were travelling with young children, but they simply did not care. The employee repeatedly called his boss and always came back claiming that “the small print” said otherwise, using this as an excuse to justify their conduct.
An absolutely unacceptable experience and a company that, after what happened to us, I would never recommend to anyone.

Travel in Romania and Bulgaria
Prompt, polite and efficient service in person. The car was as advertised and performed well. The only reason the review is not 5 stars is the way my request for traveling outside the country was handled. I was not told of the sunstantial additionel charges when I called to ask for information, and only found out about them when I arrived in Bucharest. It is the first time I have been charged for travelling outside Romania in a rental car ( I have rented from other companies in the past) and the request to specify the travel dates is a flagrant invasion of privacy, as well as umreasonable when travel plans are not yet settled or likely to change. This is not a smart policy or marketing approach. It would help if additional personnel would be available to assist clients at known busy times and thus avois long waiting periods. All the personnel I have dealt with have been pleasant and efficient, so a thank you to all of them.

La preluare, în Iași, mi-au dat o mașină complet diferită, în care bagajele nu încăpeau — apoi mi-au cerut o DIFERENȚĂ de preț ca să primesc exact mașina deja promisă la prețul agreat. Nu e ‘upgrade’, e o practică incorectă de tip bait-and-switch. Am toată conversația scrisă ca dovadă. Există firme mult mai serioase în Iași — verificați recenziile înainte să rezervați aici.
Avoid this company. I booked for 14 June – 1 July 2026 (pickup Iași at 21:00, drop-off Timișoara Airport). BEFORE confirming, I requested in writing a station wagon with a boot big enough for 4 large suitcases. They confirmed it in writing at a fixed price of 680 EUR. At pickup they brought a completely different car that couldn’t fit our luggage, then demanded an EXTRA payment to give me the exact car already promised at the agreed price. When I refused to pay more, they LEFT ME WITHOUT A CAR — at night, at the airport, with all our luggage. This is not an ‘upgrade’, it’s a bait-and-switch: low price at confirmation, blackmail at the counter. I have the full written conversation as proof. Read the other negative reviews — the pattern is identical. There are far more serious rental companies in Iași and in other cities.

The office is 2 km from the airport, and you have to walk there! I arrived and was given absurd rental conditions. Absolutely avoid.
