5-star pick-up service. Dragos was very professional, he even picked us up from our hotel near the airport and took us to the office to collect the vehicle. The price with the option of full coverage insurance was super competitive, with no hidden fees or deposit. The vehicle was in very good condition and the tank was full. The drop-off was also super simple and efficient. I recommend Pricecarz 100%.

Watch out for their credit card rules….danish credit cards are charged extra
At first picked up 1 hour too late at the airport without any notice.
The 1 star however is a result of the payment terms. We paid the rent with our credit card without any problem afterwards when we had to pay the deposit they asked us to pay an extra Euro 211 on top of the deposit amount. This as credit cards issued in DK (mastercard, SAS master, bank cards) no longer have embossed numbers but printed numbers.
According to their terms the deposit has to be paid with a credit card without any problem embossed numbers. So rent can be paid without embossed numbers but not deposit, unless we pay extra charge of euro 211.
Not a very friendly service there and too many red alerts in the office.
Will not recommend any danes with printed credit cards to rent at RentalCarz.

If a customer is unable to provide a qualifying credit card for the deposit, we offer an optional protection package that removes the need for the security deposit. This package is entirely optional, and its price depends on the vehicle category and rental duration.
We also apologize for the delay in your airport pick-up. We understand that waiting after a flight is frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this caused.

There is absolutely nothing to thank you for. Your response is not serious either, because what you are claiming is false. It was possible to add my wife as an additional driver, but you wanted to charge us an extra fee of approximately €15 per day, even though she did have a credit card. Furthermore, I obtained a credit card at that very moment through my bank’s app, and my colleague, who had also booked another car, had two credit cards.
Moreover, you unilaterally cancelled the agreed contract without us signing any cancellation document or receiving any formal notification. Your own employee told us that all the cars had already been rented out and that there was no vehicle available to give us.
We returned to your office after waiting for more than an hour because there was nobody there. Eventually, we had to call the police. In front of the police, your employee even falsely claimed that we had tried to assault him, along with making other completely false accusations, despite the fact that everything that happened was recorded.
These facts will be formally reported to the Consumer Protection Office, as advised by the police, particularly because the company did not have an official complaints form available, despite our explicit request to submit a formal complaint.
I strongly advise everyone against renting a car from this company. I consider what happened to be a scam and a demonstration of a complete lack of ethics and professionalism. We repeatedly told them that what they were doing was unacceptable and that we were travelling with young children, but they simply did not care. The employee repeatedly called his boss and always came back claiming that “the small print” said otherwise, using this as an excuse to justify their conduct.
An absolutely unacceptable experience and a company that, after what happened to us, I would never recommend to anyone.
