Used Price.com to buy a $1200 Dyson purifier. Tracked everything through their site and got my cashback within two weeks. Way faster than I expected. Don't make the mistake I did and use price.com

I made a purchase through Price.com over six months ago and was promised cashback within 30 to 90 days—a timeframe they repeated multiple times in their communications. It is now 180 days later, and despite countless follow-up emails, I have received no resolution, no cashback, and no clear answers.

What I have received is a series of copy-paste email responses telling me the issue has been "escalated"—yet nothing ever changes. I was even sent the exact same email template over a month apart, proving that no one is actually reviewing my case or taking any action.

Price.com’s customer support has been completely ineffective, offering no way to reach a manager or escalate the issue to someone capable of resolving it. They have wasted an extraordinary amount of my time with empty promises and vague assurances while continuing to push the issue off as if it's not their responsibility.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I no longer trust this company to honor its commitments. I am now in the process of filing complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and other relevant consumer protection agencies.

I do not recommend Price.com to anyone. Their practices are misleading, and their customer service model is broken. Consumers deserve better transparency and accountability.

Absolutely appalling, customer service doesn’t know what they are doing and not good at resolving simple cashback issue.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. My cashback is stuck for long time due to their pathetic system.

USE RAKUTEN INSTEAD

I had 3 purchases from Viagogo where I was supposed to received 4% cash back for using Price.com's affiliate links. For the 3 transactions, it was a little over $900 of cash back. Price.com is not willing to add the cash back to my account.
