Pat was excellent from start to finish just how builders should be-punctual in the mornings, honest top of his craft and finishes jobs on time.
He's not a get in and out kind of builder or one that quotes and you never see him again. He treats your home like his own and isn't the quickest but this is because he's a perfectionist.
