Thank you to Jacques, Will and great team. I had an internal loadbearing wall taken down and cannot fault them, they arrive early, work hard, finish late and tidy up, what more could I ask for. A great job, well done. I would highly recommend this team of friendly professionals and will definately use them again.

Overall Jaques & the team of professionals who worked on our kitchen renovations were superb. You feel well informed from start to finish and the quality of work is excellent. They work hard each day and try to stay on time and budget. With any build and old houses there are unexpected issues but Jaques was good informing us of our options. We will use again for sure.

We had a nasty gas leak underneath driveway. They had to dig up my driveway, fix the gas leak and rebuild it like its never even been touched. Have their number on speed dial now, they have a very professional team, I have no problem at all recommending this company.

The work at the front and back of my Bloomsbury apartment was exceptional. So much so I requested a quote for the replacement of the roof glass in my kitchen conservatory which was a tricky job with 4 long large glass panels. Excellent job, looks great and very tidy after the guys had finished. Will be asking them to replace my front door and glass panelling next. Alex Morris

Excellent work, these gents are the real deal! They always continue to build on previous experience to offer the best advice to homeowners on designs, contruction, plumbing and electrics and it all paid off very well in the final output.

Despite a couple of bumps in the road (to be expected from a 60+ year old victorian house with terrible damp and structural problems), the team remained effective in their level of communication and was able to restructure the surfaces with good quality materials and precision.

I only have great things to say about this team and they are very friendly and easy to get on with, recommend!!!

Loughton Master Build recently installed a new bathroom (requiring a new replacement floor and with a walk in shower) and a new kitchen (including a new window) in my flat with great results. Jacques, Will and their highly skilled, friendly team completed the works to a very high standard, on budget and on time. I have no hesitation in recommending their excellent services.

We have had two renovation projects undertaken by Loughton Master Build over the last four years. Recently they did a full upgrade of our family bathroom and other work including installing new wooden flooring downstairs, replastering, redecorating and replacing guttering and repainting the front of the house. Most of this work was carried out in our absence as we had full confidence in them after they renovated our kitchen and downstairs shower room a few years ago. Both projects were carried out by a reliable, hardworking and competent team and were completed within the expected timescale. We have been very satisfied with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use Loughton again for any future projects.

We don't live in the U.K. So we need a company that we can trust implicitly. Plumbing electricity roofing fixing leaks and even pest control are all things they have done for us. I can't reccomend them highly enough!

The most diligent, thorough contractors I've ever worked with. Also very reasonably priced. Provides all trades: construction, electrics, joinery, plumbing, decorating... the works.

I used Jack and his team to build a side extension with new kitchen. From the initial quote and cost estimating phase right through to the finished product, I was really impressed with the way that they worked.
Jack clearly always puts the customer first and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was very accomodating with changes to the specification as the job progressed. The team were trustworthy, a pleasure to have around and always left the job clean and tidy each day.
We are really happy with the finished product. Even when something happened after the build, Jack was happy to come and put it right without charge despite it not being his responsibility.

Loughton Master Build have successfully completed several projects for us. They are competent and hard working starting at 8.00am finishing at 6.00pm. Most of the team are direct employees including qualified electricians and heating engineers. Happy to reccomend.
