I never write bad reviews but I can't in good faith let anyone use this company. Literally the gift card would not open!!! It pretty much ruined the surprise and the person's birthday and then i was on live chat with an agent they didn't offer any compensation for it not working and the first agent cut the chat off randomly. It was at this point I asked for a refund because I refused to continue to put my trust in the company. If the card doesn't even open then how can I be sure that it would even work when the recipient tries to redeem it. So disappointing, please pick another company so this doesn't happen to you and ruin someone else's big day

PLEASE NOTE: Matters have now been resolved. This Company will have you running around in circles..I have not received a gift card purchased on 2nd April and have spoken to numerous Agents on their Chat and received lots iof emails assuring me their Support Team are dealing with the matter with PayPal who are not replying to them. PayPal are telling me the matter is closed they are still taking my payments and to deal with Prezzee. Get a move on Prezzee..not good enough!!

Well frim the off set i had terrible trouble wuth it not verifying my phone number i went through customer support and didnt find them helpful at all! I had every intention of leaving it there but i thought just try 1 more time and i am so very glad i did and its all down to the most friendliest most understanding not to mention patient he literally never gave up until the issue was solved.Ray Mondragon thank you from the bottom of my heart i know it was just has frustrating for you as well as myself..
