WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. NEVER AGAIN
This was the most frustrating and worst experience. I will never order from here again. This was my first time ordering from here and i was super excited. I order over $150 worth of stuff. 1.Almost everything was awful quality. Extremely see through and paper thin. I was shocked. Way worse quality than shein!!! Then, I ordered a sweatset and they sent me two pairs of sweatpants instead of the sweatshirt. Next, somehow they don’t have a phone number so u have to text them. Not only do they take like 6 hours to answer, but they switch u with a new person after every response so I had to explain my complain 25 times!!!! THEN. They are making me send back a $15 pair of sweatpants that they made the mistake of sending me, before they can send me my sweatshirt that i ordered and they forgot. U are a multimillion dollar company, and it was ur mistake. But ur making me send it back? I probably won’t even get my sweatshirt now. I am NEVER ordering from here again. This whole thing has caused me such a headache. never again.
