Customer service at its best

Although disappointed that I had the wrong item delivered and couldn't get my original item as sold out. I still give PLT 5 stars. The customer service from Joseph through email was excellent and everything was dealt with and refund given very quickly. I have ordered from PLT before and never had any problems. These things happen from time to time. I'm just pleased it was dealt with promptly

Excellent customer service

Ordered all my clothes from PLT for vacation they had such a fantastic sale! My items were delivered before the scheduled date but unfortunately someone stole my package 😢 I contacted PLT via email and they offered to send me a new package or a refund! Such quick and courteous customer service I will definitely be shopping there again...this time I will be sure to be on the lookout early

Happy overall

Rubbish

Ordered a jumpsuit , one string was missing so I couldn’t even tie it and i was obviously sent a returns order because there was white discharge all in the outfit 🤢, reported it and said they will give me a refund , didn’t even offer a discount code, half the quality is crap and see-through and doesn’t even look like the pictures

ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY

If I could, I would give them ZERO. Absolute nonsense.

I ordered a dress on 27/03 for my graduation 25/04. I was told it would arrive on 12/04. Obviously, the dress did not arrive. In between the delivery date and now I have been made to “allow until…” FOUR DIFFERENT DATES. I’ve now been told to allow until the 11th of JUNE. I ordered this dress in MARCH. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions and been told no. I’ve now today been told that there’s a delay due to covid restrictions. There are no covid restrictions between the UK and South Africa and there were none when I ordered my dress 🙃

Do not order from this company. They do not care about customer satisfaction. All they care about is taking your money and never giving it back! I’ll never use them ever again. No matter what country I’m living in. I’m so glad they’ve been dropped by LI.

I ordered an outfit on 05/09/22 from pretty little thing for 55.00 and forgot to use my coupon the next day it was on sale for 34.00 I emailed them and asked if I can get a price adjustment or if they can honor my me the 20% coupon but I got an email back saying unfortunately they can’t but I can use the 20% on my next order I don’t think it was fair that they couldn’t give me a refund credit this was my first time ordering from them but Thanks to Kate from responding back to me in a timely matter that’s the only reason why I gave them 5 stars

Just bad quality

I have ordered 2 dresses on PLT the quality is just poor. The dresses where almost €40 with A discount so where like €60. I don’t know but if this is the quality you are providing for that amount of money I rather go to the market.
It’s not giving what is suppose to give.

I am SHOOK by all these negative…

I am SHOOK by all these negative comments. I ordered for the first time last week and just got all my stuff. It took about 6 days to receive. I love all my items and they look and feel like expensive material. I got a cute baroque long sleeve, black ripped jeans that looks AMAZING on my butt (good lord) and a sexy gold snake belt. If i would've read these reviews, I would've missed out on my new fit. My experience was good so I'll be shopping again.

my package never arrived and i ordered it for an event ... if you need something for a specific date don't order from here as they use hermes and we all know how bad that company is , plt offer next day deliver coupons but your order never arrives the next day , its just crazy

Problem with my order !

I'm really shocked! My package was marked as delivered and signed when there was no one home at the time of delivery and the signature shown in the proof of delivery is neither mine or my family's! I don't even know where my package is. I was at work during the delivery and I didn’t found it when I came home.

Bad Shipping

Paid for express shipping just to get standard shipping. Didn't create a label or send the item to the carrier until days after placing the order. Delivery was extremely delayed in the UK and went from a closer distribution center to a farther distribution center which extended the delivery date. Absolutely terrible.

Thieves !!!

Put the order for my step daughter beginning of December, never received the order confirmation but money was taken from my bank account.
Never received anything, sent 5 e-mail, no response...

What rubbish customer service!

What rubbish customer service! Ordered items on 30th December on next day delivery but told to wait until 13th January for update! The parcel has disappeared in between hermes depot, so asked them to send replacement only to be told to re-order, pay again and return original order if it ever arrives! And to top it off one of the items is now sold out. What a joke!

Ordered multiple times. Never had an issue

I have ordered from here multiple times now. I love the clothes they have and they're typically rather cheap and better quality compared to other physical shops/companies. I no longer buy clothes from anywhere else honestly. One needs to get used to their sizing, but I've only had one dress that I bought and don't wear. I could have returned it but I didn't bother. Never had a bad experience yet.
