Delivery issue rapidly resolved
There was a stock issue with one of the products I ordered which caused the delivery to be delayed. I contacted the Customer Service via Whatsapp and Monique kindly and rapidly offered my a great solution. I received my order the next day. Great service! will try the products, of which I have high expectations, soon.

Great Service
Quick delivery, and I even got an upgrade as the requested 100 ml size wasn’t available I got the 250 ml with no extra costs.

My favorite products and shop ever!
I already use the products for a few years now and also influenced my curly friends to use these. It’s the best for my curls! If you contact the helpdesk, they immediately help you with your question. They sent the products to me and one day (!!) later it already arrived! So I also love their communication and service! Would totally recommend!

Great products. My hair feels en looks so mutch better.
De costumerservice is also very good. I had 1 product that was leaking from the sprayunit. A quick response and a great solution was offerd. I'm a very happy costumer!

Would recommend
I ordered a couple of PCG products and am really happy with them. The rose water spray doesn't work properly, so I contacted customer service and they will send me an entirely new product. Recommend their products, and their customer service which is great!

I love Pretty Curly Girl Products
I love Pretty Curly Girl Products. I have very curly hair and have tried all types of products. These are awesome for my curly hair. Also, I recently placed an order that I never received. I contacted Customer Service and immediately heard back. They investigated and are re-sending me that order at no charge since I never received it. Great product, great customer service. The only thing is I wish they had a better everyday shampoo. I wash my hair every other day and find the daily shampoo doesn't quite do well enough for me. Try these products. They are awesome.

Not fully satisfied with products
I have bought small packages of Peppermint Clean Shampoo, Intense Protein Deep Conditioner, Leave-in conditioner and Flaxseed gel.
The smell of the products are very nice. It includes organic products, which is a big bonus.
On the other hand, the nice pictures and movies on Instagram, which are promoting these Pretty Curl Products, I can not imitate. In my opinion, the leave in conditioner is the best solution for frizzy hair. The flaxseed gel results in stiff hair, which is not desirable.
Normally, I'm using Davines Curl Building Serum. Nice product for blond curls. This is my recommandation for you.

As I have really fine hair I’m not really getting the best out of the products. If I use a good amount, it’s weighting my hair down and my scalp is visible. But lesser amounts my hair is not getting the best results. Any advice on this?

Excellent product for curly definition. It can be used also on Afro curly type but adding before heat oil to avoid the dry effect the day after.

Leave in and gel
When using the leave in and gel I get very loose en extremely frizzy curls. Very disappointing since the products aren't very cheap.
