I had a disappointing experience with Prestige Wheels. After paying online, no one contacted me to book in my appointment. I had to follow up with them myself after waiting for 10 days. When I brought my car in to get two wheels refurbished, it was clear that the job missed quality control. There was visible dirt under the lacquer, and the diamond cut where it meets the lacquer had rough edges on both wheels.

Despite my complaints and the team’s attempt to patch up a part where dirt was under the lacquer, I felt like they were just trying to get me out the door by giving me inaccurate excuses, as it was the end of their working day. It seemed like my car was skipped over in terms of quality assurance because it wasn’t as expensive as the others in the shop, some of which were worth over £150k.

While I appreciate their offer to manually correct the issue and recut the wheels, it was not an ideal solution as it meant I couldn’t have the refurb done again in the future. It was really disappointing, especially since this company has such good reviews—that was the only reason I used them. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

It was great to be able to pop in and check in the different options. Great customer service. I was really impressed once I saw the quality of the finish of the wheels. They were better than I expected. This is the 4th set of wheels I have had done and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service from start to finish

Really happy with my alloy wheel repairs. I was worried I had permenantly chipped and scuffed my new wheels but they did an amazing job and my wheels look brand new again. Very quick turn around, super friendly and helpful, great customer service and really good value for money. Would absolutely use them again.

The guys at Prestige Wheels did a really great job. We are very pleased with the quality of work carried out.

Made an appointment for a home visit as I had damaged an alloy wheel on my car but didn't have the time to go somewhere to get it done. The online booking process was simple and I got an appointment about 5 days later. I received a text the night before advising of an approximate time. The guy who turned up was polite and friendly and did an excellent job refurbing my wheel. For the price I paid I'm very happy and it was an easy hassle free experience. I would definitely recommend Prestige Wheels to anyone.

They were very helpful and polite and Quick to get the job done the man who came to my house to fix my wheel was very polite couldn't thank them enough I would recommend them to anyone who needs wheel's repaired

They did a great job with the wheel. I only wish I had the funds available to have the other 3 wheels done as well. Maybe sometime soon....

Fantastic experience from booking online to having my wheel refurbed on the drive by Adam who was punctual, polite and professional. Great service and incredible value for money!

I got a text the day before to give me a time window. Joshua turned up on time with a text to tell me he’s on the way. Really quick run through of the plan and plugged in an extension lead then I left him to it. Around 40 minutes later he let me know he was finished. A like-new finish to the point I couldn’t identify where the repair was! A couple of tips from Joshua to ensure the work doesn’t get damaged then he was away.

I’d been putting off booking to get the work done but it was much easier than I could have imagined. Should have done it sooner!

Had a diamond cut wheel cosmetic repair done at Prestige Failsworth, they’ve done a fantastic job I’m so pleased with it, the guys there really know their stuff and advised me which repair was the best to have. A big thank you and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone

Good service, did a nice job on my wheels

Made my initial enquiry after my insurers recommended companies (three of them) let me down. Wish I'd gone to Prestige Wheels initially, car was in within two days of ringing and was repaired within another couple of days.

Staff were so friendly and really nice little set-up.
