Michelle and Ray consistently offer dependable airport transportation. This time, Michelle drove us from home to Heathrow's terminal 4 and picked us up when we returned. She was punctual, amiable, and supportive, helping with bags and even suggested stopping at a local garage for any necessities we might need on our way back. Her communication was excellent, ensuring we knew exactly where to meet her upon landing at LHR. Superb service that I can't recommend enough.

They are very efficient & professional. Everything is confirmed by e-Mail or tx. Michelle met us at LHR. I received a tx the moment the plane landed explaining the pick-up point. As I had never been to LHR it was very well explained & we had no waiting.

Michelle took us to and from Heathrow. As usual she was early for our outbound flight (great). For the return pick-up she met us within a couple of minutes of me phoning to say we were at the agreed collection point. Amazing how Michelle manages to avoid most of the traffic jams, no doubt helped by up to date technology. Another most satisfying experience. Our go to taxi firm.

As ever, Michelle and Ray provided a reliable airport transfer service. On this occasion, Michelle took us from our home to LHR terminal 4 and she also collected us after our holiday. She was prompt, friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and offering on our return to stop at a local garage to pick up any provisions we needed. She was very communicative to advise us where to meet her on arrival at LHR. Fantastic service and highly recommended

Another brilliant service from Michele and Ray (Regional Cars). Easy booking, quick confirmation, good communication throughout. Michelle took us to Gatwick and picked us up 10 days later, having checked what time we were due to arrive, we were delayed. Michelle text me when we landed, telling me exactly where she would pick us up and what car she would be driving. Michelle took our luggage from the trolley and put into the boot, so we didn't have to do anything, then when we arrived home she took our cases to the front door, where she picked them up 10 days earlier. Very professional and friendly, we will certainly be using Regional Cars when we go away again. Highly recommend this excellent service.
