This course was really helpful with every topic that was on the actual test. I felt very prepared after seeing how similar the real exam was to the content given. I passed the exam on my first try. I think the practice was actually harder than the real exam itself, which was nice to know I practiced harder, so I felt more confident going in. The extra steps with the hiring process and what to expect us also very helpful. I would suggest buying the 3 month pack so you can use it longer even after you are done testing to practice for the demanding training that follows. I would recommend prepterminal to anyone looking to take the criticall exam.

I purchased this prep to help my son have a better chance of passing his test, and it worked out great. Of the USPS training packages I purchased Prepterminal's tests were the most difficult - which is a good thing! I stuck with it and was offered a job. I felt the Prepterminal's situational questions prepared me best to succeed.

I used PrepTerminal’s TSA Test Prep Course to get ready for the TSA Computer Based Test, and it was exactly what I needed. The practice questions were very similar to the real exam, and the explanations helped me understand where I went wrong. Excellent study guide for TSA

The course is detailed and very educational. I was a able to secure a job after completing the course.

I used the prep material for the Predictive Index Cognitive test and it was excellent. I felt really prepared going in and was getting 35-40 on the practice exams. When the day came to take it for my future employer, it seemed easier than the prep material....got a 40.

The course itself was helpful in that it showed me what to expect to a certain extent; however, the real test includes a component that this course has not prepared me for. During the real test, a small pop-up window opens and gives you a question that you have to immediately answer, all during the test itself. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for that, and I missed a few of the questions that, in turn, made me fail the test.
It was still a good experience doing the course.
The price is a bit higher than I would have liked considering what it offers but still ok overall.

I recently took TSA CBT test and passed in the first attempt. While 2D-3D questions require prior practice, using prepterminal will help you think in the right direction. You won’t get exact questions you practice using online test prep. But it will help with your thought process in the actual test.

I say it is definitely worth it. Some of the sections were very hard. I wish I would have started studying a little earlier than I did so I wouldn't have felt as rushed. But I got through it! In fact, the study guide over prepared me. I was worried when I went for the test but the study guide was much harder than the test itself.
