I passed the exam

I passed the exam, I'd only recommend more questions and explanation why certain answers are wrong versus why an answer is simply correct

I recently used the TSA CBT to prepare for a test, on building services. At the point of taking the test, my confidence was high and was very happy the sample tests were very similar and gave me opportunity to easily respond successfully. The study sessions (why, where and when) and illustrations are simplistic, direct to and easy to understand.

must use this guide especially for 2d to 3d test

spend 10 hours on this course with full attention and u can score excellent in test. For me matching the images section and alphanumeric dotted line connection was too easy. 2d to 3d is moderatly difficult. stress more on 2d to 3d. exam wont let u make mistake in dotted line connection. I can only move to next step after connecting the right dot inse sequins. Please fix it in the tutorial too. For matching the images I had very things like face smile emoji, parrot all kind of childish images which are very easy to identify and match.

Not so good for HBRI

Prepterminal’s course and practice tests were not quite what was in the Hogan business reasoning inventory (HBRI) test.

Half-baked

This fireteam study program was half-baked, poorly optimized, and unhelpful. Some of the questions in the practice contradicted the "correct" answers in the quizzes, and 3/4 of the questions were the exact same question, just in different forms. There is much more variety in the actual fireteam test.

Very Good Testing Materials

Very Good Testing Materials. This program introduced me to what the various sections in the exam would entail. It then pushes you to do better than the requirements of the exam! It is essential for anyone to prepare - these materials will make you prepared and more!!! Highly recommend!

The TSA Quickpass course was extremely…

The TSA Quickpass course was extremely helpful in preparing me for passing the TSA test. By the time I discovered that it was not the xray exam I would be taking, but the 3D spatial test instead, I only had two days to prep before taking the test (I would definitely recommend a week or two though).

Merely the exposure to the format of the testing material is going to help, as not everyone has conceptual experience with unwrapping 3D objects onto a 2D plane. This course will give you that exposure, and in a well thought out manner.

The key benefit of this course for me was the timed practice sessions. This allowed me to not go down a rabbit hole and waste valuable time on the actual exam. You'll likely be quite slow at first, but repeated drills will aid with becoming comfortable with the material, and you'll get faster and more decisive after repeated runs.

Highly recommend if you need to practice for the new TSA exam!

Good approach, accuracy could improve

The approach to the different types of problems is useful.
There are some mistakes in some of the exercises and in the format used in maths. In addition, regarding abstract reasoning some of the patterns are a bit difficult to understand and other patterns could be more logical.

Practice, practice, practice!!!

The test was very helpful in preparing for the CritiCall exam- but be warned, the actual test is very fast paced- so practice, practice, practice on the prep test so you are lightening fast on the actual test day!!! Good luck!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Honestly, I asked for a refund originally because I didn’t get the right program and was well within the time frame they ask for. I also noticed that the system was so bad. So many bugs, glitches, writing so small it’s blurred on maps and can’t see at all. I eventually just gave up on the refund because it seemed like they were doing everything possible to not give it to me!

Reply to PrepTerminal Response: I emailed within the money back guarantee period about the program and specifically asked for a refund once I realized just how glitchy it was, to which I got an in sorry our system is consistently glitching on items such as the spelling of excellent, scoring it as incorrect claiming the correct spelling is “excelent”among many other glitches and please just refresh the screen. Which makes this system less than helpful if I can’t trust the program. But there was nothing acknowledging my request for refund. The additional response was simply being asked more questions about the position I was applying for. Then instead of ever addressing my request for refund, you did add the access to the other study material to avoid refunding the program, which I did not ask for and is not what I requested. But to avoid the refund request your company just did it!
Then a guy I believe was named Marcus called me about leaving a review and I specifically told him I had asked for a refund and he also didn’t address it and I just got off the phone because I was working. I probably could have continued to email and call however I am also a person with a life going on outside of this issue and it felt like it was going to go nowhere. So next time a person asks for a refund, maybe address the request for refund instead of side stepping around it. Even this response from your company to my review is side stepping the fact that I blatantly asked for a refund due to glitches and instead the response is simply saying we did respond. I never said the company didn’t respond at all, I said you didn’t respond to my request for refund! Especially considering you do have a money back guarantee to which I provided evidence of the glitches in the program.

Reply from Prepterminal Instruction

We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. To clarify, you raised two requests with us—one regarding switching into the course you intended to purchase, and another concerning a technical issue. We responded to both promptly, but after our replies, we didn’t hear back from you. Without that follow-up, we had no way of knowing the problems were continuing.

We would have been happy to continue working with you to resolve everything, and we’re still happy to do so if you’d like to reach out again. Our support team is always here to help.

Prep B course review

Prep B course is pretty self explanatory. Definitely recommend it if you’re planning to take the Pellet B test. I passed the test on the third attempt with a T score of 48. First and second attempt were in the low 40s but I was using a different study guide.
