I will add to all the awful reviews
I will add to all the awful reviews. This company is a scam and to be avoided at all costs! I got ridiculously defective goods (paid £100 for a dog sofa which turned out to be a lumpy flat mess). I’ve had repeated emails offering a discount before threats of how much it will cost to return and it will probably go missing which I’d be liable for! I paid through PayPal so have my hopes they will sort it as I have photos of said joke of a dog sofa. Please take note and do not give these crooks your money
Useless company
I received my order quite late. It was unsuitable and requested a full refund. I continue to request this full refund but this company keep offering me 30% back. No phone number to call and no returns label inside. Waste of time and effort and continue to request my money back...!!!
One of the worst companies of preppers…
One of the worst companies that i had encountered. Sent products which do not have 25 years shelf life but 1 year “use by date“ and then they claim that it was my fault for misunderstanding ‘expiration‘ with ‘best by’ yet explained that ‘it does last 25 if i get a airtight container to store it’ and ‘i should use my common senses and senses‘ (to smell or identify a product sealed in pouch??) because there is too much food waste in the world, as per supermarkets. I am still under 14 days return policy and tried to resolve this directly with them. I tried to be reasonable and even pay the return postage but they shut me down and my ability to submit complaints removed, because I asked for them to lift 10% charge for restocking as it is a mistake that isn’t mine. Leaving a side this and also not putting my points on account because account was opened as a guest even after I contacted them, their attitude and replies are completely useless (for resolving something which at first seemed an over sight on their end), condescending, dismissive and fast to close tickets immediately as resolved. Now they are menacing me with legal action for putting up a review! What kind of customer service tells customers who spends over £300, to go shop in supermarkets? This after, I requested to only send back 5 items (< 15% of the value of the entire order) for products not as advertised. I even said I would pay the return as long as they will not also charge me 10% for their carbon footprint agenda since I am paying for the return already! Needles to say they refused! RUBBISH attitude! Threatening me with legal action, if I don’t take down this review within 24 hours and blocked my account so I can’t ‘bother’ them with a remedy. They ban me from lodging a complaint and the ability to contact them before my review, hence no choice but taking more of my time to write this review! I would stay away from such stores in the future! Not worth the hassle!
“Your Trail Organic items do have a best before date, this is a packaging guarantee and does not reflect the safe use of the product beyond this date providing the packaging remains undamaged. Freeze dried food is certified safe for at least 25 years from manufacturing, however due to the packaging being soft and not stored in a tin, this expiry date is shortened due to the risk of damaged packaging or the packaging degrading under certain conditions. Store your food in hard air tight containers in a cool dry dark area of your home and your food will be perfectly fine for 25 years - so long as your packaging is not damaged or worn.“ - this doesn’t not appear on the description of the product bought.
“That is a really great point regarding best before dates and is exactly why many manufacturers and supermarkets are now encouraging people to use their common sense (or senses!) before best before dates to reduce food waste. The date simply means the time they can guarantee it will taste as they intended but is in no way related to food safety, a food safety date would be classed as an expiry.”
“It is not our policy to pay for the return of items once customers have changed their mind. We charge a restocking fee which contributes to the reduction of our carbon footprint as a result of the return.” - I didn’t change my mind but product isn’t as advertised.
It is common knowledge in the prepper community that plastic packaged products have a shorter best before date than tinned products, I am sorry if you are new to this community and are not aware of this. Generally, pouch meals are for expeditions or shorter term use, however customers are free to use them as they will and can increase their longevity if they so wish by storing them in prime conditions. This is general knowledge - bacteria requires moisture to grow, so this is self explanatory in regards to dried foods of any kind. - this isn’t described as plastic bag. In fact it isn’t! This is freeze dry food and Shorter life best before doesn’t mean 24 years shorter.
“Our preparedness community recognises the above facts and if this concerns you so greatly, I suggest you would be better shopping at a supermarket and adhering to all best before dates or indeed contacting companies prior to express your needs before making a purchase.”- No where is stated that I must be part of a tribe to buy from your store. The product comes under long life freeze dry food (up to 25 years) on your website reason for buying it. No where standing is 1year best by date.
Easy to order
Easy to order, but a long delivery.
Took 3 weeks to arrive, web site still has Covid as a reason for long delays.
Did raise a ticket asking how long before delivery and they responded so I was happy they acknowledged it.
I would order from them again 🥳
Simply...superb!
Easy website to navigate around, easy to order and all in order for delivery. Simply superb !
Cabar Wood Burning Stove
This is an interesting website if your into Prepping.
I was intrigued by the Cabar wood burning stove. It can be used with alcohol fuel lighters as well as wood. It has a twin walled base which allows for efficient burning of wood fuel. I tried it out and was amazed that it did exactly what it promised to do. It takes a while to reach a temperature to vapurise the volatile oils in the wood, it then becomes just like a gas burner, very efficient at heating water.
The product took quite a while to arrive, but the web site kept me informed of the process and notified me of the delivery date. It arrived precisely on that date.
Thanks Prepper Paradise
I met the team in the 2019 Bushcraft…
I met the team in the 2019 Bushcraft event and they were handing out reflective bands for kids and they were friendly told us the site to visit. I visited the website to buy the backpacks for the kids and they loved it. Great team and it was the perfect experience to get the kids started and interested in bushcraft/ camping.
Always reliable
I've used this shop many times in the past six months, they make choosing the products easy for a novice and the packages always come promptly. I love that they put customer service above greed, by being unavailable temporarily until they have managed their orders during busy times - better than misleading customers about lead times and stock levels.
Very happy with all my purchases, very happy with this company.
Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Tried and tested gear....
I brought a couple of items from their online store. Very easy to navigate and easy to use. Just starting out into the world of prepping, know that the items are tried and tested gives me peace of mind. I've brought many online items and gear from other sources and found them useless or break when I needed it. A sigh of relief knowing what I buy will last.
Freeze dried food
The items were well packed as described and came in a good time the freeze dried food tasted nice and the subscription service is a great idea to slowly build a good store of non perishable food
I ordered the mystery bundle
I ordered the mystery bundle, 40 pounds worth and was not disappointed! Order came fast also which is always a plus :)

Very good experience with Preppers…
Very good experience with Preppers Paradise. When stock was low during the Covid restrictions, I was kept up-to-date with the progress of my delivery. When my emergency supplies arrived, it was packed securely making my job of stocking the boxes in my pile of reserves easily. I will be placing another order soon, being that there is a food shortage happening globally now. I recommend everyone to plan-smart for future family needs now, so as to not stress out later! So 5-stars to Preppers and thanks for the fantastic longlife food products. 🙂👍🏻
