Disappointed and frustrated

We have been in contact with Eileen from Prenup.co.za since August 2024, and initially she was amazing! Super speedy response time, very friendly, great experience. However, since we paid her we have had to beg and plead for a response. We have heard nothing from her since 9 September 2024 - over 3 months now. Our anti nuptial contract should have been ready by now, but she is yet again not responding to emails or updating us on the status of our contract. Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful, and this is a really big and important part of the process. I am left feeling upset and disappointed by how poor the communication, and service, has been.
