Mooie salontafel
The delivery was fast enough and the package was well placed in the shed when we were not at home. De customer service also provided prompt and satisfactory solution to my complaint on the minor defects on the surface of the table. Overall I am happy with the product and service from premiumXL!

The item arrived missing some pieces of screws
The item arrived missing some pieces of screws and while the costumer service was kind of helpful they ended up sending the wrong items. At this point i have a piece of furniture that i can not assemble for 2 weeks in my house. Mistakes happen one time and it is absolutely normal but two mistakes in a row in one order shows the quality of the service.

Thanks to Angela for actually offering a solution, whilst I wasn't promised a guarante I was offered alternatives and she liased with the delivery company.
They seem to have delivered to the neighbours as Angela offered this as a solution.
Will update to 5 once package is received and undamaged.

Went back and forth about this bed but…
Went back and forth about this bed but so happy we decided to get it. It’s absolutely beautiful in person and we are pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of wood for the price. Reallllly love this bed. Other retailers were charging so much for the same kind of bed but so happy we took a chance with this one because we love it. Our 2 year old also loves it, he actually sleeps in his bed too. It’s nice for us as parents as well as for him to have a nice space to be and sleep in.

I placed an order, paid for it and never received any confirmation email or order number.
Their phone number is not available
After writing here my review. I got a response from the company.
Thank you! The confirmation mail was still not to found, in any folder or spam, but at least now I could contact them and they are taking care of it immediately.

There were no clear instructions on how to build it.
There were no clear instructions in English or on the multiple boxes received. I had to hire an outside employee to build it for me because it was impossible to understand the instructions. Also, the instruction book was very complicated and hard to break down.
