I purchased kinky straight hair. Arrived on time. The quality of the hair is beautiful, literally best hair I have ever bought! Almost zero shedding, no tangling or knots, so soft and easy to maintain. Would definitely recommend to everyone. I have had so many comments on my hair people think it is from my roots!!! Can't get better then that! PremiHair have definitely got a lifetime customer.

Absolutely Fantastic!

I'm never buying hair from here again
I bought this hair a month ago and installed it a week after. The first week I experienced to much shedding and tangles. Now it's been a month and the amount of shedding is ridiculous and the tangles are in their bundles all around my hair. To manage the hair I have to straighten the hair at night and braid it so in the morning it's briefly untangled and wavy. This lasts for on average 30 mins then the hair gets matted and stiff and looks synthetic and not the £100 worth of hair I bought.
I can't say it's never looked nice because I recently did a photoshoot and the hair did look shiny and full in the photos however the reality was it was very knotting and tangled after the curling.
I'm sorry if this is too negative but it's honestly how I feel and my experiences and so for that i'm not sorry.

Brought kinky curl hair. Not bad although you say this hair is 100% human hair but on the website to look after it it days don't brush it. If 100% human hair you should treat as normal hair and be able to comb with a wide tooth comb and conditioner. Getting the hair slightly damp if you swim will cause it to severely Matt and the hair will become unusable. Be warned if buying this hair from the company!!.

Horrible! Absolutely horrible. The hair looked nothing like the picture and definitely won't be ordering from them again! Money well wasted. My review isn't for all the hair, it's only for the 'kinky straight' hair which looks nothing like the image.

Wish I could give no stars
Wish I could give no stars. I ordered the straight bundles with closure and hair was okay after being installed buy after washing hair, it is no longer straight (body wave) keeps shedding and is the most tangly hair I have ever had even after deep conditioning. I am so dissapointed.

The hair wasn't silk base and knots not …
The hair wasn't silk base and knots not bleached . Size was smaller on the closure than 4*4 advertised. I returned it as it wouldn't look as realistic mimicking human scalp. But on a positive note customer service was brilliant and listened . I'm sure they will do well if adjustments and improvements are made to the hair. Good luck and who knows I may be a returning customer in the future
