Very well organised and planned…
Very well organised and planned everything to fit around my travel arrangements so that I only had to travel to London on one occasion.
Kept me informed of my appointments and any rescheduling that was needed very promptly.

Terrible - wasted journey and poor service
Premex sent me on 220 mile trip for a hosptial appointment, I took the day off work, arranged childcard and incurred costs - only to get to the hospital to attend the appointment and be told it was cancelled, but Premex didn't pass that on. I am still awaiting Premex to address the issue 3 months later.
