Not even angry, just bored. Everything feels mechanical, no atmosphere, no excitement, just click spin, lose, repeat. Maybe I was expecting some fun, but it’s just numbers disappearing on a dull scree... See more

Support tone a bit rude

One of the agents basically implied I didn’t read the terms properly in a very condescending way. Yes, maybe I missed something, but no need to talk down to customers.

Support copy-paste answers

Customer service is technically there but feels totally robotic. I asked a specific question about my bonus progress and got three identical generic responses in a row. No one actually reads what you write, they just paste templates.

Bonus fine but then nothing

Used the welcome bonus, played through most of it. It worked as advertised, I guess, but after that there was just nothing interesting. Same generic promos, same boring games. I didn’t lose a huge amount, I just got tired and quit.
