Was on my break on a five-year-old…

Was on my break on a five-year-old phone trying to use some free spins before they expired that night. They never showed in the account. Went to chat, got put at position 18, and when Nick came on they pasted half the FAQ, which I'd already followed. Said they'd escalate and I'd get an email. The email never came, and the spins expired at midnight anyway.

bonus looked generous, x20 didn't sound bad, until I read that only slots counted and the max bet while wagering was tiny. Went a few cents over on one spin and the winnings were voided. All disclosed, in a wall of text nobody reads. Felt engineered rather than explained.
