The pane of glass (500mmx500mm) was really well packaged and protected.
My only problem was I wish they would have given 24hrs notice of delivery. It had to sit outside the front door for 7hrs until someone got home. Luckily it was still there!

I was a bit nervous using this company online, but the whole process went without a hitch. Received my odd-sized piece of glass (for a table top) well packaged and within the time frame quoted..
