Experience of PPS visit to rectify problem.

Visit to attend property was easily and quickly arranged for a convenient time window.

The PPS person phoned to give a forty minute warning of his arrival, which gave sufficient time to enable easy access to be arranged at site.

The problem was then quickly identified and rectified.

Very satisfied.
