Well organised very professional and highly skilled staff, carried out a rebuild of my pumps, pipeline and control panel following a electrical burnout.

Happy with service provided.

Company remind of service need, and straightforward process to get engineer booked. He (very pleasant guy) turned up at early point of 'window'. Was very efficient, tidy and thorough.

Great Service

Our sump/ejector control box at our commercial property was damaged following a lightning strike- it ended up having to have several new parts. The office staff are always polite and helpful and the engineers are knowledgeable and personable. Sincere thanks to Jamie and Steve in this regard. As the property is a hairdressers- several visits were made after hours as lifting the sump cover did not fill the shop with a pleasant aroma!!!
Steve fitted the final part to the control box on Tuesday this week and all is working well- I’m relieved that I know who to call in the unlikely event that we will be struck by lightning again!!!
