I would like to commend Cinderella Dsouza at Pozitive Energy for her outstanding assistance in helping me resolve an issue that has been ongoing since January 2026 following a few meter changes.
Despite numerous attempts to get the matter sorted over several months, the issue remained unresolved until Cinderella became involved. Her professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to helping me have made a significant difference. She took the time to understand the situation, provided clear communication throughout, and has helped move the case much closer to a resolution.
I am very grateful for her support and dedication. Cinderella’s excellent customer service and proactive approach have been greatly appreciated, and she is a real credit to Pozitive Energy.

What a great experience I had today dealing with an issue I had with PE energy. PE customer service representative Vivek Vinod was so professional helping me solve my problem thank you.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Pozitive Energy while trying to resolve a gas meter issue on behalf of my elderly father.
What should have been a straightforward investigation turned into a nearly three-month ordeal involving poor communication, missed appointments, unanswered questions, and repeated chasing for updates. Despite identifying that they had been billing against incorrect meter details, it took months for the issue to be resolved.
Throughout the process, queries submitted through the customer portal were closed without providing meaningful answers, forcing me to escalate the matter through their complaints procedure. Even then, there were long periods without updates and I repeatedly had to chase for information.
The situation caused my father significant stress and confusion. At one stage he was left without gas and heating, and despite the ongoing dispute he continued to receive requests for meter readings and communications regarding his account.
After more than eight weeks, Pozitive Energy finally issued a "final response", offering just £30 compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. They also requested payment of an outstanding balance without clearly explaining how it had been calculated despite direct debit payments continuing throughout the dispute.
The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of ownership and communication. Had I not continually chased the matter, I have little confidence it would have been resolved at all. As a result, I have referred the complaint to the Energy Ombudsman for independent review.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Pozitive Energy, particularly to elderly or vulnerable customers who may struggle to navigate a lengthy and complex complaints process.

This company repeatedly ignores my emails and phone calls cancelling my account. I no longer own the property and they are repeatedly chasing me. Do NOT use them they are truly appalling will non-existent customer service. I have given them every proof that I do not own the property and they consistently ignore me.
The customer service representative Atul Hans was very helpful and efficient. I have recently taken over additional duties relating to energy information and he supplied all the information I needed. He also explained everything clearly to me. The information was sent as agreed which was a great help to me. Atul was polite and assisted me very efficiently. Thank you.
