Well, I'm a new user of this POWR thing, I've set up a popup to see how these guys do things and so far I'm real happy with what I've found here. But the real bonus came a few minutes ago when I was lost in a little problem of reconfiguring emails and Arlyne Cantugal treated my trivial little problem like it was hers and solved the whole thing in a second. What I've really appreciated is that I'm still on a free plan for now. These guys just got a paying customer coming real soon! Thanks Arlyne!
Powr has been a very useful plug in for my client's wholesale business! We were having an issue where we weren't receiving our inquiries, and the person on the chat fixed it in no time and had us back up and running.

The application is easy to use. Pretty intuitive on the settings & there's ample support documentation. I did initially have a problem connecting to our business Facebook account, but I received prompt assistance from tech support--even though I'm currently using the free version.
With Luiz Campos' assistance we figured out what was causing the connection issue--which by the way was not on POWR's side. It happened to be a Facebook Meta version issue. Our business page was created long before the latest Meta upgrade & apparently only pages created with the new version of Meta has the correct APIs (application program interface).
Once the culprit was determined the fix was easy, create an additional business page explicitly for chatting via FB Messenger & connect to it with the POWR app.
Very quick response to a problem I had with the population appearing on all the pages on our web site (weebly )
Clear instructions given on our to remove the app.
Excellent response to a follow up question on installing using the powr editor and embedding the code into our web site
Will also look at loading the app to the website again provided it does go onto every page.
Over time I have requested help from different organizations but powr help is definitely one of the best

The app does what it says on the tin. I had some problems publishing the slider to my website so I contacted the chat and connected with Mithsou straight away. Problem sorted!
The POWR Social Feed App performs excellently. The support team is professional and responds quickly. Their live chat feature provides help whenever needed.
I’ve used POWR to install a subscription button on my website, which didn’t work for most customers and charged those who it did work for multiple times. I’ve been trying to get them refunded for over a month, and have had no clarity at all. The customer service is appalling - I have sent multiple emails requesting updates and the last one I received said their ‘projected timeline for a fix [of an undisclosed ‘bug] is a couple weeks out’, with no mention as to when my customers will be refunded. If it weren’t for other positive reviews here I’d genuinely believe POWR is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

After leaving the below review, Powr did get in touch with me. There was a little back and forth, but after I provided a video of my problem, Timur kindly took the time to find a workaround and sent a Loom to support me to set this up, which I appreciate. The workaround has helped.
I am using the Countdown App to support learners to see how long they have left to submit their assignments. A key reason for purchase was the "Behaviour After Count" button, where I have asked the app to state an instruction to the learner if their assignment becomes overdue. Instead, however, the countdown just vanishes when it ends, rendering it totally useless. However, this is not the reason for my review. My negative review stems from the fact that my enquiries for help have gone unanswered. I am paying for an app that does not work and POWR are completing ignorant.
Genuinely the worst customer service. They don't read your emails properly and take 1-2 weeks inetween emails to reply!!! Go with another company.
I have been trying to reset my password because I was logged out. I have been receiving emails and updates from Olivia through powr so I know my email is linked to the account, so I am unclear why I never receive an email link. I paid for the comments section for my website and I can't even go into the page to approve and edit. I also email customer service and this is starting to feel like a scam. I am furious!!!

I have used this company for the form on my ecommerce website. When we launched the website in June 2023 we noticed the checkout abandoned rate was very high. We contacted POWR who escalated the issue with their QA team and said everything looks good to them and there are no issues.
I was adamant we had a problem and today after a customer complaint, we have found that having '&' sign in your main product/service on the form will mean the customer cannot place a order and will get a 'Bad Math' error code. I have lost 10 customers since June which is a loss of £400.
I have other problems with the form and checkout which i have emailed POWR about several times and they just don't want to help.
There is no contact number to call them so if there is a urgent issue there is no way to get it resolved quick. I emailed POWR about the 'Bad Math' error code this morning and still have not heard anything back. I found the solution and removed the '&' sign by reading a article on their website.
In all circumstances avoid this company.
