Alarm compatibility not good.
The alarm system package was despatched, but the alarm bell box was of different compatibilty which was not a straight forward connection by engineer-.
All components should be of same compatibility/make to make connection seamless.

My apologies. A large number of the kits on our site are custom but feature items which will all work together.
Though the bellbox has a standard set of terminals on it, the interpretation of these can be confusing when referring to the manual for the panel on its own.
I will amend the entire line on our site to accurately state the different brands in each kit.
