This company really can't do enough for you their alround service is absolutely superb.. And that's putting lightly.. I enquired about certain parts of thiers not only i got an immediate response BUT !! also offerd them parts free of charge with super fast free delivery.. There were issues with another company sending me a Powerflex product with missing parts .. But what a company I'd never ever have ANY issues at all buying anything from these.. I installed powerflex on my Porsche 997 control arms, after one trackday it is broken... . Customer service from Poweflex do nothing, only we check it...after 2 months they dont reply.. . No money back, no new stuff...i newer buy this...

I am just giving 5 stars because the product is very good, easy installation(depending of the car model) and it met my expectations, however, I had an problem, which I was not happy with.
I bought 2x PFF80-1324R and 1x PFF80-1322R Opel Astra H 1.9 CDTI GTC Diesel Bushes, I did not check the bushes inside the PFF80-1324R packages and when I opened it, I had a big surprise, the bushes were intended for Signium, meaning they were different from PFF80-1324R.
I contacted the Powerflex-Shop and I was told that it was a mistake from PowerFlex Factory.
I had to wait 1 week more to get the right bushes, the package arrived and finally, there were the right bushes. I am not sure why this such situation happened and to me seems a gap in the Powerflex quality towards its customers.
An advise if you are buying from Powerflex-shop, whenever you receive the package outside of your country, confirm if the bushes are the right ones, otherwise, you will have the same issue that I had and won`t be happy either.
But I am almost sure with my review, the Powerflex will make sure this situation wont happens with other customers.

Replaced rear trailing arm bushes (Volvo XC60) both sides today without any special pressing tools on floor in under 3 hours.
Much better design than manufacturers
and top quality materials.
Well packaged and only a fraction more in price than Volvo dealer parts.
Confident I won’t be changing them again!

Hands down one of the most honest companies out there. Having worked closely with James in the past years on a few alterations. I had to contact powerflex again today (some 6 years later) there was no James but a Leigh instead! To my supprise I was met with the very same prospects. The powerflex HQ team have been absolutely incredible. Leigh took care of me when I was completely stuck on a job and quickly responded and handled my queries.

As a product. I have used powerflex for YEARS. As a bmw collector with a few big BHP cars, I have always bought powerflex. Yep they’re slightly more pricey than some copy alternatives but what you’re getting is a brand with years and years of experience with products that have been tried and tested vigorously with a ton of money thrown into research and development.

I will without any hesitation whatsoever do business with powerflex again and look forward to becoming a distributor!

bought engine mount inserts for a saab 9-3 2006 and if i wanted a track car it would be fine. yellow for road use is a outright lie, its only suitable for a track car. My car now vibrates so badly that it makes my vision go bad, and the noise is unbearable. removing these after 1 day and have sorely wasted £55, not happy
