Never again
5 weeks & many visits to store to get a replacement computer on store insurance. No communication between store and insurance company. Had to walk into store multiple times to get any response as they don't respond to any other means of communication. Many promises of being phoned back the next day, but nothing came. People in store incapable of talking to each other - even had service manager talking on phone to another employee who was talking to me rather than showing up to talk to an angry customer. Finally sent me to another store to get replacement product without giving me all the necessary info, so took another 1.5 hours in the other store before walking out with the replacement.
And charged an excess on the insurance which is the current policy, but not the one when I purchased the insurance.
All in all the worst customer service experience in Denmark. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The people at the store were arrogant…
The people at the store were arrogant and not knowledgeable. I had to look it up on their own web and show it to them for them to help me, they had said they didn’t have it in an arrogant manner.

Annoying fraud try
Bought a freezer and fridge online. When I wanted to pick it up, none of the products was there and I was offered to buy much more expensive alternatives. There were several people at the same time like us who had to go through the same. It's close to a fraud, but we got the money back after long discussions.
