Customer service nightmare!
Had 2 orders from power spares, both have been incorrect when received. After multiple phone calls I’m still in the dark as to whether I will receive the correct parts or not, or perhaps be given a refund. Also sent an email on another occasion asking for when an item was due back into stock, they came back with an update on completely the wrong part despite me giving them the part number. Website works well and ordering is straight forward, but after that it’s a disaster! I’ll chase AGAIN tomorrow!
