I'll talk about the great products below but it would be remiss of me not to start with the outstanding customer service. I ordered back in November and I had quite a few questions and Hillary couldn't have been more helpful. She gave me some great guidance, assured me about being able to return after Christmas as the items were gifts and basically just made me want to buy from Pour Moi. Just brilliant and an example of how powerful great service and real customer engagement can be.

Some beautiful pieces and was a little spoilt for choice which isn't always the case when looking for a woman with big curves! I ordered the St Tropez bra and brief set for my wife as a Christmas present and I think it's probably her favourite ever set. The colours are beautiful and apparently both the bra and briefs are super comfortable.

I also ordered the Palm Springs Colour Block swimsuit and that's definitely her favourite ever swimsuit. My wife has beautiful curves but her bust is very much on the large side so needs plenty of support. She's thrilled with this swimsuit as it gives hwr terrific support and the straps in particular give her confidence.

The only item she didn't want was the Fleir underwired basque, I'm afraid one look at the number of fasteners was enough, it's just not practical enough, especially when the bust is large. However, the returns process was so easy, just package and go to the post office and have a QR code scanned and it's job done for a full refund. And guess who was first to get in touch to assure me I'd done it all right and the refund was being processed? That's right, Hillary.

Hillary is an absolute credit to herself and to Pour Moi and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you Hillary.

I had ordered the fleur corset, it came in great time.
However when it arrived the suspender straps were missing, I emailed customer service same day as receiving the delivery. They responded the following morning, very helpful and apologetic in response and sent me a replacement that same day.
I can’t fault the customer service or the product received.

I have previously bought items from here that have been fine but recently pour moi seems to be in on the "skinny trend". The last few items i bought have been no where near their sizes- i even remeasured myself to make sure it was not me!

How a size "36 inch" bra which when j measure its length only had 28 inches-how that was meant to fit i will never know.

So disappointed.

Fantastic customer service provided by Sam who assisted with my gift card query. Went away and investigated the issue and came back to me with the solution. Really pleased with the support provided . Thank you.

Left parcel outside wrong address in clearly unsafe location (drainage gutter). Parcel never found by myself or resident of address. Rude and refused to contact delivery service to raise issue. Refused to make any attempt to resolve issue bizarrely insisting photo clearly showing item in gutter was adequate "proof of delivery".

Ordered 2 sets for the wife, great quality and she’s over moon with them.

One of the knickers had a pull on them, flagged it to customer service who asked for a pic, they just sent a new pair out without the need to return originals and it was really quick to sort out via Sam in customer services, fantastic 👏🏻

Pour Moi is great. It is always difficult to find pretty bras in the larger cup sizes in store. Pour Moi always has a fantastic range and the prices are fair. The quality is great and the bras still look good after multiple washes. Highly recommend this company

Customer service absolutely shocking ordered £68 pounds worth as a Christmas present ,got email to say the parcel had been delivered, strange as nothing arrived,on checking the invoice the address was a local banq store which baffled me as not my delivery or billing address,so I phone customer service who said you should get in touch with pay pall as I paid through them I aways do ,forgetting the address mistake there was no parcel at the bandq delivery address as I drove out to see ,they definitely had not been delivered there ,so I emailed pour customer service and say surely you’re insured through Royal Mail for parcel not being delivered,and they say take it up with pay pall which I did and opened up a case ,pour moi sent email back saying we do not want to communicate with me by phone or email. I have used this company for several years ,some way to treat your customers , all the phone calls running around ,and my partner probably won’t be seeing her lingerie for Christmas ,shame on you pour moi ,you could of handled it so much better 1 star ⭐ for picking phone up .just to add the parcel never turned up it might have said delivered ,but was no way delivered to the address on the invoice, its the lack of understanding and pass the buck attitude from pour moi ,I am still chasing package ,out of pocket £68 and have no Christmas present 😡.

I can't praise Pourmoi highly enough. Products were great quality and reasonably priced. The customer service was exceptional, thank you Sam.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. My last two orders were sent to the wrong address, even though my correct address is clearly saved and confirmed at checkout. Instead of taking responsibility, customer service told me to go retrieve the parcels myself from that incorrect address — a place I haven’t lived in for years and where I cannot go for personal reasons.

Despite explaining this clearly, the company has not offered a refund or a replacement. Their handling of the issue has been unhelpful and dismissive, and the burden has been placed entirely on me to resolve a mistake that was clearly theirs.

I’ve been a customer for a long time, but after this experience and the lack of accountability, I can’t recommend this company. I will be taking the matter further with my bank and consumer protection services.

Excellent customer service and fast resolution

I ordered the Sydney Double Strap Underwired Swimsuit from Pour Moi and, unfortunately, the item arrived with a small manufacturing fault on the bra seam. I contacted their customer service with photos, and they responded incredibly quickly.

Sam from the team arranged a replacement straight away. The whole process was very easy, friendly and stress-free, and I felt properly listened to and looked after as a customer.

Mistakes can happen with any brand, but how a company deals with them says everything. Pour Moi turned a disappointing situation into a very positive experience, and I’ll be happy to order from them again.

I am delighted with the quality and style of swimwear I bought. I will certainly buy from Pour Moi again. Sam, in their customer service team, was extremely helpful with a query I had. It was great to speak to a real person on the phone in this country and not a bot.

Had an issue with my account that was tricky to resolve, but rather than just file and forget my query, the customer services agent (Sam) actively sought advice from a colleague. I thought it was going to be just 'one of those things' that couldn't be fixed but Sam emailed me unexpectedly to say that there was a technical glitch that had now been fixed that she hadn't been aware of in her initial response. So problem solved after all thanks to a bit of perseverance from Sam when others might have just moved on to the next query.

Have used Pour Moi without issue for a few years, but unfortunately this week I did need to contact customer service about a recent purchase. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Sam; the response was quick, friendly, efficient and fair, and has left me really reassured about using the company again. And on a personal level having such an easy customer service experience was such a pleasant surprise on an otherwise pretty bad day it cheered me up! Thank you Sam.

I had a minor issue with some bikini bottoms and contacted customer services who responded very quickly and have sent a replacement. I'm very grateful and impressed. Thank you Sam. 😊

I am a very good and retuning customer to Pour Moir specifically for my holiday bikinis. Today I raised a quality issue I had with the bikini bottoms worn for the first time. Within an hour I had a response and a highly positive resolution to my issue.,I couldn’t rate the customer service more highly!! Thank you Sam x

Soo impressed with this companies customer service. After being let down by Royal Mail holding my parcel from Pour Moi and it being stuck in their system Pour Moi responded straight away to my delivery problem and got in touch with Royal Mail and the parcel came the next day. Just wonderful customer service, 1st class. This order was a present for someone else and I’ve never shopped here before however I will now be looking to shop here and support this company in future.

Really responsive customer service! My query was responded to almost immediately on two occasions. Hilary was the customer service advisor and she had a really friendly manner. Both my queries were dealt with to my satisfaction.
